Aloha, The Amazing Polynesian dancers from the Dance Academy performed at our Luau at The Westland House Senior Living on Friday, July 18th and everyone was beyond delighted! The outstanding dances, professionalism, costumes, bright personalities, and entire experience was truly astounding! The terrific songs, D.J., and the perfect timing of the show was truly perfect in every aspect. The fun and Ohana that they brought here will be talked about for ages. The dancers' contagious smiles are still being shared with the unforgettable experience that 75 lucky people witnessed. We all celebrated together with these marvelous Dance Academy members and we are extremely appreciative that they brought the sunshine in to us! Mahalo and A hui hou!

We started at The Dance Academy less than a year ago because we wanted our daughter to meet more girls her age. We quickly fell in love with the family atmosphere, the wholesome values, and the amazing teachers! We are more than happy to be apart of this dance program where we've been able to see our daughter grow, and see her be encouraged to also give back to the community through endless opportunities!

I enrolled my daughter at 3 after attending a "bring a friend" class. She enjoyed it so much, so we signed her up immediately! She is now 5 and has been involved ever since! She LOVES going and I love being there as well. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, from other parents to instructors and employees. She adores all of her instructors, even ones she hasn't officially had yet! Lol. I HIGHLY recommend TDA to anyone wanting to try out dance!

I enrolled my 3 year old twins in a 5 week class to introduce them to dance. I told the staff that my kids have never been separated from me before. The staff were completely inflexible and would not allow me to set 1 foot in the room to help my kids transition. We spent all 5 weeks with 2 screaming kids outside the room for the entire class. They never even got in the room. So disappointed. We switched to another dance place that was understanding and flexible and 2 weeks later they are entering the room without any issues at all.

Staff told me there was hip hop class today 1045am I get here there's no class!!! Only ballet 🤔what a waste of my time and gas !!! No wonder I never heard of this place never again!

RUDE service to start off with. Second , they don’t smile when your trying to be nice and at least try to give them your business. They don’t listen when you explain and they care less. The owner is very rude tbh she wasn’t even smiling and she just stood their looking at me. The front desk lady was alright but when I came in no greeting no nothing it looked like she didn’t wanna work.when I was explaining staff to her she just looked uninterested and zoned out. Don’t go here the service is horrible from not only the front desk but the manager/owner herself. I wonder how they treat kids and run classes. I was considering bringing my child not anymore from what I seen.I warned you please save your money and time for someplace that cares and wants business. Save yourself from rude service and this place is very scary the location is in a literal mall in the basement. Go somewhere else there’s lots of dance studios around that want your service. I’d recommended Robert Lee dance studio if you live near there or Jeannie Zimbalatti’s school of dance best in Michigan.

My daughters love this place there a great dance place for kids every thing is very well organized and maintained. The dance instructors are very paitent with the kids and the facilities are well taken care of. The only complaint I have is that there isn’t a family bathroom for dads with there daughters. I see more and more fathers with there daughters at dance anymore and we need a place to take them to change or use the bathroom. The last few times the family bathroom in the mall has been closed resulting to going to the men’s bathroom my my daughters. We love this place and continue to come every week. Hopefully this might get the wheels turning!

The scheduler is patient offering instructor flexibility based on needs. The variety of instruments for beginners is also great. They take leadership offering suggestion but, always give the customer what we prefer. Very professional. Great plsce

The Dance Academy has been such a great experience for our family. I am so excited to have my child working with such a talented group of teachers and students.
