The staff is so very helpful and knowledgeable in what they are doing. I like the feedback that they provide and their encouragement to keep going. The stafff was very willing to work with me when I was experiencing some issues with my back and legs. I was able to do some mat work instead. They are very accommodating in making necessary changes to the protocol. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very conscientious about wiping down the machines. I just really enjoy coming and enjoy the workout!

WOW! I came in feeling worried about an osteoporosis diagnosis and the effects of aging. Now I feel strong, confident, and supported. When starting the Exercise Coach, my health was very poor. I had a hard time just tying my shoes let alone putting them on
..I also was in need of a hip replacement. Knowing this, the need for more strength to move my body around would be necessary. The Exercise Coach gave me the opportunity to gain the strength needed to recover quickly from my hip surgery. Now the Coach is helping me build more strength in my new hip...challenging me to get stronger with every visit. My mobility has improved immensely.

The talented personal trainers, all with Bachelor’s degrees or higher in physical therapy and physical fitness, make each session effective, while also being encouraging (and keeping me accountable). My wife and I are proof, among thousands of others, that the Exercise Coach enhances both physical and mental well-being. Even though a Speedo isn't in my future, the Exercise Coach is giving me the opportunity to achieve a future of physical activity far into the future.

I started in September n by December had lost 20lbs! Wasn’t even goin for weight lost jus needed to firm/tone.
l have a triple spinal fusion which physical therapy had always increased my pain. Something about these electronic machines makes A LOT of difference over the weight-bearing method is the real winner here!
Mary who does everything there is excellent at all her jobs there n knows exactly what you need to be successful n her personality is uplifting -all the time!
