When I first started this program, I needed help with all the machines. I was encouraged every step of the way. I have come a long way and have become strong enough to do the machines on my own. The coaches are knowledgeable and work with your individual needs and injuries. If you walk in and say you can’t do a certain exercise one day because you are in pain, they always have an alternative exercise or modify that particular exercise to help ease your pain. The facility is clean and the equipment is wiped down to keep you healthy. The atmosphere in the studio is fun and encouraging.

I just had to give credit where credit is due. I found the Exercise Coach ad on Facebook of all places. I was at the point, after an extended period of time going to PT with little results, to find something that would help me instead of the recommended surgeries that I was told I would need. I decided to give the Exercise Coach a try. I made an appointment for the free session. I was welcomed by the staff with smiles and understanding of my struggles. I was not able to do the workout without the help of my coach Jamie. She was so kind and made me feel like my physical problems were something that this workout would be beneficial for me to help reach my goals. That was to be able to live without the pain in my shoulders and to function the way I use to before my injuries. I was unable to raise my arms to do normal tasks and walk without assistance.
I am a 73 year old woman who was a 24/7 caregiver to my husband for at least 13 years. That takes a toll on your body no matter who you are.
I have been going twice a week since January 2025. I have now gotten back about 80% of the use of my arms. I no longer need assistance walking up the slightest hill such as a driveway. I am so elated with my progress.
I now do not need assistance on the machines and have made a tremendous improvement in my overall being. I am feeling very confident to continue this program for as long as I can. I just signed up for another six months and I’m looking forward to see what else I can improve in my overall health.
The program has just introduced a stretch machine and a balance machine. I am so looking forward to using this opportunity to improve my overall being even more,

I have been consistently working out at The Exercise Coach for 13 months now. I like getting a full body workout out in only 20 minutes with the emphasis on strength training. Very efficient. They have state of the art equipment tracking your progress as well as great personal trainers that keep you motivated and really pay attention to modifications when needed for pain and injuries. My trainers (CJ, Jen, Abby, Henry) are all great to work with and personalize each workout to your own specific needs.

I love this studio! I am not an exercise lover (especially weight training) but the Exercise Coach in Rochester Hills has been perfect for me. Everyone on the staff is so welcoming and friendly!

At nearly 66 years of age, I was looking for a facility that would be geared to helping someone like me (who really disliked the crowds and lack of personal attention that I experienced at the \"big box gyms\").
I've never utilized a personal trainer before, and can't say enough about the attention afforded to me and helping me attain my goals.

My favorite part, is the fact you can gauge your progress in real time (through the attached monitor screens and also the phone app). It makes me want to definitely continue when I can not only see my results in hard numbers, but feel the results as well.

I highly recommend The Exercise Coach for anyone looking for a personalized training program that is geared for your individual needs and goals!

I have been a member of the Exercise Coach for almost a year and have loved every minute of it! Jamie, Abby and Kat have been awesome coaches that know how to make the 20 minutes fly by while pushing me to do my best.

The Exercise Coach fits my busy working mom schedule and gives me something where I can walk in, do my workout and walk out knowing my whole plan is figured out for me. They make sure to tailor the exercises to what makes sense depending on what goals I am currently working towards and are willing to change things up for exercises that don’t work for me (I’m sorry for how much I complain during split squats Kat!) I also know if something comes up, I can easily text them and change my time with no questions asked.

My two sessions a week have become required appointments in my weekly routine that I never miss.

Coach Jamie and the Exercise Coach training and philosophy is top notch. I’ve been in the fitness industry for years and at a plateau the training techniques move you to higher levels and goals. Such advanced equipment with readouts help you visually see progress, weak areas and rehab progress. I can’t imagine how expensive the equipment was, I’ve never seen equipment so advanced. But the best part is how you’re treated. Jamie and the staff are top level and really care about you. Well worth every penny.

I started working out at The Exercise Coach about 8 weeks ago.
I have already noticed toning of my arms, legs and core . Two 20 minutes sessions per week of a total body work out really does work! Not to mention the boost to my confidence and energy. I look forward to my sessions.
