I didn't think I would like exercising at all. And I really needed to , I was sitting too much. But the staff makes me really enjoy it and I feel so much better. Carrie really helped me learn my breathing technique which really helped me. Great group of coaches love them all. I would highly recommend exercise coach in Shelby Twp it only takes 20/30 minutes and the results are great.

Well worth the time and effort. My coach CJ has been fantastic encouraging me pushing me and only 10 sessions into the program I feel much stronger. I'm 68 and never cared for regular gyms but I really like the dual resistance machines and the coaches are great! They work with me 1:1 through the whole workout, and it only takes 20 minutes, twice a week! It's been a couple months and I definitely feel stronger!!

I’m in the best shape of my life and having fun! My strength & endurance have increased dramatically. I’m performing longer distances on elliptical machines and bikes. I lost 20 pounds & having fun doing it. Best of all it’s 20 minutes 2x a week! Coaches are knowledgeable, professional and hold me accountable and push my limits. I absolutely love it! No burpees here! The coaches listen to me and they are totally invested in my fitness goals. They are personal but professional. I’m glad I joined the exercise coach!

I have been going to The Exercise Coach for almost two months and my experience has been positive. My schedule generally only allows me to go once a week but I still feel the benefits. I am definately stronger. I have some injuries that require some modifications but the trainers have worked with me so that I still can get a full workout. After years of Pilates, regular cardio and going to the gym, I was somewhat skeptical but was pleasantly surprised at what a good workout I could get in 20 minutes. The studio is immaculate and all the the trainers are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They explain each exercise, and I am able to see my progress. They have two free sessions-it is definitely worth checking out.

As I am aging, The Exercise Coach has shown me how to work out a little differently. I’m finding out that doing numerous sets and reps isn’t the only way to go. I wanted to share my experience with The Exercise Coach to anyone wondering if it can help you lose weight or not since it's only two 20 min workouts a week. Yes it can help, but it can't be the only thing you do. I have been doing the workouts consistently for about 3 months and it has helped me lose 28 lbs in that time. I have combined the two 20 minute workouts a week with eating a healthy reduced calorie diet,
and also a yoga class and maybe an hour walk on the weekend. So nothing crazy, but the combination works for me. The fact that the workouts aren't a huge time commitment helps me stay consistent and accountable. And all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and motivating so it makes the workouts enjoyable.

I've worked primarily with Henry and Amber, and love them! They tailor your sessions to meet your individual needs, and are experts at encouraging and coaching you to be your absolute best. I used to dread going to a gym where I wouldn’t get individualized attention to make sure I was using the equipment correctly and with the proper form which is so vital. Workouts would seem so long and weren’t always easy to get in. At the Exercise Coach, the workouts are done in just 20 minutes 2 times a week using their specialized resistance based equipment. The visit was personable, unique and delightful.
