This gym has to be one of the only 24 hour gyms on 28th st. The price is higher then planet fitness or other big commercial gyms. The equipment is all well maintained and new. The people I have meet here are very nice and everyone is willing to give you help if you ask so even a great beginners gym. A lot of free weights and sauna available also has a shower. I've been here for a year plus and don't think I'd switch!

Been a patron at tOBS in Hastings for over a year. the set of equipment is great. Lots of dumbbells, barbells, plated machines, hammerstrength machines, etc. Turf section is great for mobility work and other free activities. I typically go between 5-7am and the crowd isn't too busy, but definitely busy late afternoon/evening. I'd like to see a rowing machine, showers, maybe a sauna and cold plunge added, but for $35/month you can't beat the offerings.

Love the gym for multiple reasons: friendly and helpful staff, nice and new equipment, clean facilities, nice saunas in the locker rooms, and over all, I never feel like people are judging or looking at me. Everyone’s just in their own space doing their thing to get fit. Love it! Staff does an awesome job keeping locker room, showers, and bathrooms clean. Plus they offer some workout classes which are included in the low cost membership (as compared to other gyms). Plenty of squat rack and space. Highly recommend!

Place is pretty cool, don't know where the neutral grip for lat pulldown went tho, I've been missing it.

I go there almost every day, sometimes at 11am, most times at around 4-5pm, a few times at 3am. Has the tendency to get pretty dang busy later in the day but the atmosphere is pretty awesome. Tons of chill lifters that are good for spots or work ins.

Only complaint I have is the missing neutral grip lat pulldown attachment I mentioned earlier and the preacher curl (not the hammer strength one with the plates) being flimsy and feeling like it's made of styrofoam and cardboard, having to screw in a setscrew in order to adjust the elbow rest, and the fact it has zero seat adjustment. It's nice we have more than one preacher curl thing but dawg this one aint it boss, I've used it like twice and have nearly tipped that thing over with my 160 lb frame. I love the fact it's portable so you can set it up by the cables and do cable preachers but anything past 80 lbs tips it over yo.

I'm just messing around though, I'm sure we'll upgrade it soon enough. Staff is pretty open to suggestions and whatnot.

This gym has blown up like no other in the past year. Has amazing equipment and always maintained very well and kept up with. Owners are very professional and if there’s maintenance issues they are very quick to respond and get things fixed. Truly feels like home. The other body shop is a great gym with great equipment, but the overall odd layout of the gym and the overwhelming amount of people in the gym seemingly at all times does not make for an efficient workout. If you want to lift, be prepared to wait unfortunately I don’t have that kind of time in my schedule. So the few workouts I did here were often left unfinished. With that being said, they have been renovating the gym, so perhaps that can mitigate some of the problem.

I started my workout journey here November of 2022. I only have good things to say about this place (the 28th st location). The atmosphere is fantastic! The people here range from newbies to experienced bodybuilders and everyone has a positive attitude and is always willing to help if I don't know how to do a certain exercise or if I need motivation. Although the membership is a tad pricey, the equipment is up to date and clean, the staff are nice and knowledgeable, and the people are great. Also, being a 24/7 gym, I can come here during the day, the evening, or the night if i have a busy day. 10/10 recommend over other places!

I was gonna give this place a lower rating but now that there’s a check in policy taking effect I’m giving it the 5 stars it deserves. It’s a beautiful gym with a great number of equipment and a sauna. Only thing that was weighing it down was the pre teens sneaking in and packing up the place. But I’m glad to see management stepping up to make sure it’s actually members that are coming in.
Worth the membership and they offer military discount. What more could you ask for?

I'm so used to grimy gyms that finding one so well taken care of feels like cheating some kind of system. Great variety of machines, racks and weights, everything super clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the women's locker room is well taken care of. I love using the dry sauna in the locker room after a workout! Overall, highly recommend, and absolutely worth every penny.

EDIT: Since the gym has opened, it has become very busy. While the facility still has nice equipment and a good atmosphere, it has brought in a younger crowd that seems to not understand basic gym etiquette.

ORIGINAL: This gym is great! I love the atmosphere and the equipment is all new! The only downside is that due to the small space, equipment is very close together and I could see this being an issue in the future when the gym becomes more popular/busier. I went around 4pm and there was around 10 people in the gym. The women's locker room was rather large and very clean! Overall a cute little gym with a fantastic vibe.

This place is mad solid! John and all of the front desk workers are very helpful, and make you feel welcomed there. The equipment is super new and legit, when i first came here everything felt more difficult to do, which was humbling to experience.
