I’ve been training with Milton for a few months and have really enjoyed the workouts! Each session is a little different which keeps things interesting and it’s clear that he has a really deep understanding of strength training. Great thing to have in the neighborhood!

I really really love Village gym. Milton is a great trainer! He makes the workouts enjoyable. An hour feels like 15 minutes—except for V sit holds, my least favorite exercise. He has held me accountable, has pushed me beyond what I thought I could achieve, and the results have been amazing! I love the Village Gym!!!

Milton has been my trainer for over three years and it has been a great experience. Milton developed a specific training routine for me to focus on my areas of weakness and I have gotten progressively stronger as a result. Every week Milton challenges me to push myself further while always being mindful of safety. Our fun conversations also help pass the time! The Village Gym has everything you need to get a good work out and is in a great location. To top it off, the pricing is exceptionally reasonable for the value you receive. I could not recommend Milton and The Village Gym more!

I have been working with Milton for several years and find him of the highest professionalism and expertise. Now at the Village Gym, he has a facility that is perfect for dedicated individual or small-group sessions. Milton does an outstanding job of determining what is needed and then pushes me to achieve the goals. He knows how to balance injuries and results. I have been training with Milton at The Village Gym since Fall of 2024. I initially went to meet with Milton after dealing with some health issues. Knowing I needed guidance in order to safely do strength and mobility work, I signed up. Milton created a workout for me which eased me back into strength training as well as incorporated mobility work.
Now, as I'm feeling much stronger, he challenges me at each visit and I truly look forward to training with him and continuing to build strength and feel good. I appreciate so much that he met me where I was in the beginning and now is supporting my training growth.
I'm also a mom of 2 school aged kids with a full time job. Milton is able to work with my schedule which I'm very grateful for. Lastly, the vibe at The Village Gym is very friendly and welcoming. After just a few visits you get to know every person there on a first name basis ;)

My partner and I have been working out with Milton for about a year. We started training with him in March to prepare for a backpacking trip in September, we have enjoyed working with him so much that we’ve continued with our training well after our trip. I’m a former collegiate athlete and my partner had never weight lifted before starting to train with Milton. He created a training program that challenges both of us, and we both have seen huge differences in our physical fitness. I have also had several knee surgeries and Milton has been able to easily accommodate my workout limitations. The Village Gym has definitely been my best experience at a gym, I prefer the more personalized, private training experience that they offer here and it has lead to my longest stretch of sticking with a training routine since graduating college. I would highly recommend The Village Gym to anyone looking for an affordable, individualized, and enjoyable training experience!
