Transformation Personal Fitness was formed in 2013 with a desire to improve the human body physically and mentally. The fulfillment we feel from helping someone achieve their goals is what constantly drives us forward. We firmly believe that anyone can experience positive change if they fully commit to it, and we will do whatever it takes to ensure that each and every person who enters our facility leaves a happier, more confident, and healthier person. Jon Walters is a unique and exceptional trainer. He’s not the normal person that you find that is about bodybuilding and creating the perfect image. He is about mobility and strength and long-term life health. He helps with very focused training on things that matter to you. I am a 55-year-old that is not focused on building a beach body, but on establishing better health, strength, fitness, and lifestyle. He focuses on proper form diet, consistent exercise. Not only have I developed strength and lost weight, but I have much greater mobility and less pain on a daily basis as a result. There is none better…

Jon is a fantastic trainer and the people that come here are amazing! I joined to get in shape about 6 months before my wedding and everyone here was so welcoming. I always loved coming to the classes, even when I didn’t feel like working out, because Jon would make it fun and everyone would motivate each other. I was so sad to move and leave this place behind but I would recommend to anyone at any level of fitness to give this place a try-10/10!

Joined the fitness classes back in 2021. I had been been working out consistently prior to Covid, but after spending over a year at home, I had lost muscle, gained weight and was finding myself injured more frequently due to being less active. So thankful for Jon and the awesome people I get to workout with weekly! I knew absolute no one when I began taking classes. Everyone has been so welcoming! The group has been great motivation to push past my limits! Definitely recommend!!!

Jon Walters of Transformation Personal Fitness is an awesome trainer who loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition. He makes the sessions challenging but fun. His friendly personality and cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. At 76 I've tried working out by myself so many times only to get bored and stopping. But I find that personal training gives me the motivation to continue. Jon tailors each workout according to one's ability and age and keeps it interesting. His workouts allow me to improve my body strength, flexibility, and balance. It's never too late to start a fitness program with Jon. Give him a call!

Jon takes the time to understand what YOUR goals are, then develops a plan to achieve them. He helped strengthen some weak areas that were limiting me in my cycling that enabled me to crush a 100 mile bike race. The group workouts will get you fired up, too.

116 lbs Down!
I've known Jon for a long time and he is a fantastic trainer, very intelligent and professional. Since I've started training with him again (13 months ago) I've lost 116 lbs and feel great. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without his help.

So glad I found TPF last fall...I was going into another winter feeling, overweight, tired, coming home from work and sitting too much.
Since I have joined the evening class at TPF, I have lost weight, gained muscle I never knew I had, met new friends, Jon has developed a unique niche in the fitness world that is doable, he sees the potential in you, and creates an atmosphere of success.

I don't train here anymore, but 5/5 stars. Jon will work with you to develop healthy habits and help you build up strength that will be invaluable in your life. As somebody that is now partially disabled, the strength I built working out here has helped me make up for the physical functions that I've lost. I’ve worked with Jon both one on one and in his group sessions. The group sessions are fast paced and energetic. My first time there, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Jon’s knowledge about fitness and dietary needs are excellent. He took time before every one on one to talk about my week and how I was feeling. He’s extremely focused on form to the point that he won’t include weights until he feels that form is correct to not cause injury. I would recommend Jon and Transformation Fitness to anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level.

I can't recommend this place enough! Jon is an excellent trainer with a passion for what he does and a wealth of health and fitness knowledge. He takes time to discuss your goals and assess where your at before building his program.
One item that often goes overlooked in training is consistency. Staying consistent and putting in the work will drive results. And Jon did an excellent job helping me stay consistent and accountable for the goals that I set.
His workouts with me were strength based, but had a nice mixture of tempo and volume. They were diverse, fun, and challenging - but never more than you could handle.

Jon is very meticulous in his attention to detail and lifting with the proper form. He's also helpful with dietary instruction and making sure you are getting enough lean protein to build muscle. It's rare, but if I do go out for a pizza I've been putting triple chicken on it to keep my protein intake high.

I have been exercising here for about a year, and it has been an excellent experience. Each session is fun and very challenging, and Jon does a great job coaching you through the exercises to make sure you get the most out of every movement. The workouts are dynamic and no two are ever the same, so each session is always fresh and engaging. The improvements I have made in my strength since coming here have been invaluable to me as a runner, and I have noticed significant improvements in my times over both short and longer distances.

I worked with four personal trainers over the past 12 years and Jon for 6 of those years. Without question, Jon is the best. I have had back problems on and off for 40 years. Jon has successfully develop and implemented a plan to attack my back problems using a combination of weight training, flexibility and diet. Jon is a great listener and tailors the work out to meet the identified needs. He is a stickler for good form over weight or reps and the results have been outstanding. My overall health is much better and the back problems are nearly nonexistent. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have been training with Jon in both his group classes and 1:1 for many years. Not only has he help me find a healthier life style, lose weight and build muscle... he has helped my family too. When my kids started taking weight lifting classes in high school, I was worried about what kind of instruction they would get. Because of Jon, I knew form was very important to avoiding injuries. This is an outstanding fitness studio. I’ve taken some of the larger group classes, small group classes and personal training classes here. It’s light hearted and fun but involves some serious work ethic. The approach is also holistic ( think exercise, diet, attitude, humor and sweat) and it’s leads to some really long term gains!

I've been going to the group workouts at Transformation Personal Fitness for a year now. At 54 years old, I'm in better health and shape than in my 30s! (I've also maintained a 55 pound weight loss with the help of weight lifting.) I like that I walk in and the workouts are all thought-out and planned for me- I don't have to decide or think about it. They are varied, challenging and work all areas of the body. Jon takes everyone's individual concerns, goals and needs into consideration. (If you have a back issue or injury, etc, he will give modifications and watch out for that concern.) I love to be outdoors and hike and have goals for a long, healthy life so I'll keep going!

I have been working out with Jon for several years. If you are looking to build strength and endurance this is the place to be. Jon is meticulous on form and doing every exercise correctly so you get the full benefit out of each movement safely. I take his small group classes twice a week. Every person gets personal attention. These classes have a very thought out and carefully planned rotation of different exercises. I have never been bored and it's a fun environment. Once you start to see the results it becomes an addiction. I am getting a little older and these classes are helping me stay super active. Everyone I have ever met there has been supportive and encouraging. Lots of different ages and levels of capability and everyone is super positive and happy to be there. No one judges you it's all about encouraging you to go farther than you thought you could go.

Not only does this gym focus on reaching your goals but is like a family with a team spirit. Lots of cheering for attaining goals whether it be muscle gain/weight loss. I began my journey here 3 years ago and with the help of the owner, Jon Walters/trainer......i have lost a total of over 30 pounds. He helps with nutrition and with correct form weight lifting. I would highly encourage anyone that can join in group classes or one on one you will not be disappointed. At the age of 61 I am very strong and continually have a new goal to reach. I have been going to Transformation Personal Fitness for approximately 1 1/2 years. Since starting there I have seen great improvement in strength and flexibility. Jon believes in good form and flexibility over heavy weights which has helped me tremendously. I have seen great improvements in my biking and running. I see Jon for personal training once a week and go to one of the group classes once a week, there is great value in both!
