This place is no longer much of a ninja gym. Cheerleading classes have taken over 75% of the gym floor. They are extremely loud and run at same time as the ninja classes. Ninja is in the back corner. Kids can't hear each other or the coaches well. Disappointing.

Lowering my review to one star. I returned to the gym to use our last prepaid class. The owner yelled at me and said that I’m no longer allowed in their business because I gave them a bad review and that I had to get out or remove my review. Very professional. I guess constructive feedback from their customers is not welcome.

Love this place my kids always ask if you we can go to the pokemon shop or the arcade. Shout out to the owner for looking at my kids cards and teaching them a few tips on what to look for in fake vs. real. Great owner and gives so much back to the kids and community especially when he hosts the free nights for the school age kids for the ninja course.

Our family loves this place. Our kids have come here for open gym and summer camp, both of which are exceptionally instructed and fun for the littles. We like the coaches, they take the time to figure out which obstacles each child excels at, then will spend time encouraging them to tackle what they are nervous with. Great gym!

Awesome Card Shop with Great People

This is the kind of shop every community needs. The customer service is outstanding—genuine, helpful, and consistent. They really go out of their way for their regulars and make you feel valued, not just as a customer, but as part of the shop's extended family.

The place is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do and work hard to create a great environment. It's the kind of spot you look forward to visiting.

Another fun note is that they often have their dog Waldo on site. So when you come in you will be greeted by a small, stout pup who's friendly, curious, and totally harmless. It’s a nice addition that adds to the laid-back, welcoming vibe of the place.

If you're into trading cards, collectibles, ninja warriror or

The owner and employee's are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the cards they sell. I was recently up there for a build and battle bout, and will absolutely be going again. This store provides a nice welcoming environment for both the new and experienced. The ninja gym in the back is very well-equipped. There is a solid group of local players and an active discord for most trading card and board games. The staff are genuine and are willing, time permitting, to guide new players in whatever game they are learning. Ed, the owner, is very active in the business and thankfully ensures that any individuals looking to cause problems or disrupt the environment are no longer welcome. My friends brought me out for a tournament on my birthday last week. I haven’t found a card shop that I’ve liked since I moved a year and a half ago. When I first moved into the area, a little over 3 years ago, I was looking for a new place to play. I gave multiple stores a couple of tries, and I landed at Tri County. In those 3 years, I have not regretted it. The store owner went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I even played him on my first night there, and played a deck that completely shut him down, and made it so he could not play. Never once was he mad at me, and we laugh about it quite a bit. They are very welcoming to new players, and will return the same level of respect that you show to them.

My husband and I consistently play Lorcana on Wednesday nights at the shop. We love the setup and enjoy the crowd. Additionally, the food truck pizza is fantastic & getting to grab a drink and/or play games at the next door arcade bar after playing cards makes for a perfect date night-especially since entry to the arcade bar is included in the tournament fee.

I called Tri County Collectibles today to register for their Lorcana Stitch Tournament. I felt like they were gatekeeping the prize pool and blocking out local players. Only so many locations can access these tournaments (not all local stores are approved for these exclusive events). On Melee.gg, there is a 32-person cap online that says to preregister with the store to register online. I talked with Tri-County Collectibles, and they are capping their play at around 16 players who have only been to their store before. If all stores behaved like this, I'm curious about what players would do if their locals weren't approved for the event. I think it's not very sportsmanship-like to lock out other local players from their tournament. I hope that they are distributing the prize pool accordingly.

Update: I attached a photo showing the cap before Tri County changed it after my review. Godspeed to anyone who attends this shop. Plenty of other mom and pop stores to take my money. I wish I could tag Ravensburger to this review. After leaving honest feedback, I was blocked from Tri County’s FB page as well. The tone of Tri County’s response should show you how unprofessional the shop is— very lacking.

Can’t say enough about what a great experience we continue to have at Tri County. My kids look forward to the Ninja Gym each week and have made so many friends. The collectible shop specializes in TCG cards with new Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana and Yu-Gi-Oh releases all the time. There is casual gameplay as well as tournaments that my kids also participate in. The owners also own Last Level next door when we feel like playing retro arcade games. Retro Rick’s Comfort Kitchen serves both businesses with fresh food including amazing pizza, pulled pork and nachos. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

Our almost 8 year old son trains here twice a week. He ends up sweaty and exhausted every single time. This is a much more advanced program than his previous one. He feels challenged here, but he is so proud of how much better he's getting. He looks forward to Ninja every single week.

Decided to have my son's seventh birthday here and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Carston was the kids' coach and he did a great job with them, and the facility was clean, and ready for us when we arrived. I think it's important to note that when you rent it out for a birthday party you have the facility to yourself which was really nice and gave the kids access to whatever they wanted to do. All the kids kept asking at the end of the party if they could play longer, so I think it was a big hit. The adults could participate too, which was so fun!

We had our Sons birthday here and it was great. The instructors worked very well with the kids (approximately 7 year olds). While they were playing they went around and helped kids on the different obstacles or showed the kids some best approaches. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We went here for the first time recently for a birthday party for a friend of my sons, age 8. What a great place! Kids were crazy for it! It is a fun place for kids to goof around, but it is also a serious place for adults to come an train for physical fitness goals. It is really a pretty impressive ninja warrior course similar to what you see in the TV show. The staff were really great and helped to make sure the kids could accomplish all the obstacles possible, boosting their confidence. We definitely want to go back again sometime!

Now I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name that we dealt with today. And I apologize for that and once I find out what it is I’m going to edit this post. But he was 25 years old that much I remember and he had Long brown hair anyways LOL I took my daughter in there which she has been there several times and I have not been there yet. This young man was awesome. Needless to say he’s like a ninja. Can do just about anything you could imagine. But that’s not why they get the five star. It’s because how he interacts with the children. First of all he’s an amazing athlete so he can actually do every obstacle course while they’re doing it and guide them the entire time and I felt completely safe with my daughter in his hands. He was in total control! On top of that he’s kind of firm but very professional!! With his personality he does not allow kids to give up and he pushes them to do their best. The things he is able to do will not come easy to anyone so I think he really tries to get them to understand that and pushes their comfort zone. I was very impressed by this place. We also own a business here in town and we think that they do in outstanding job here. So I just want to say thank you and I will be seeing you guys soon.
