Great place to revive your mental health and push your limits. I recommend taking a 1 hour team class from 6-7 and see how you like the atmosphere. They gave me my first class for free and I brought a friend, great time!

My life goal has always been to be a fighter. When I heard about WBYHB.studios coming to Standish I was absolutely thrilled. I’ve been training with coach Tyler, coach bob, and coach tanner. For about 2 months now. Let me tell you these guys are skilled, smart, and vary understanding. They aren’t there for the money or to impress anyone. They are here too bring our dreams to reality. Here at WBYHB.studio they strive to build a team, a family. The energy is exponentially greater than any other franchise out there. I promise if you make the decision to come you’ll never want to leave. I found myself here. I know you will too. I hope to see everyone here that reads this. Best boxing gym around. Three coaches at once running the class. Open gym after for two hours to stay and get in extra work like squaring and dumb bells, jump ropes, bench, not that I use. Ha. Tyler said mirrors and turf is coming. Batting cages and gulf simulator coming this winter. Standish is on the rise. Exciting to see the gym grow!!!

I hit up last Tuesday’s boxing class at Tyler’s gym. Great facility - heavy bags, speed bags, full size elevated ring, etc. - complete with trainers with serious boxing credentials. Me & Tyler (owner) boxed together back in the day & fought in the Golden Gloves. He’s a great guy and both one of the most motivated and motivating people I’ve ever known. I can’t think of a better person to be operating in this space. It’s people like him & the other staff, like Robert / Tanner, that give this gym those intangibles - community, positivity, and a sense of being part of something meaningful, or at a minimum personally beneficial. All in all, so impressed with what my boy Ty’s pulled off here. And I can’t wait to see the plans he has for further expansion to be realized in the near future, including a field house, weights, batting cages, and I’m sure a lot more. Also looking forward to seeing the fighters that start coming out of this gym.

The next day I sat in on the WBYHB Podcast with Ty. It was a great time talking about where we’ve been, the positive impact boxing’s had on our lives, good memories, where we are, and where we’re going. Really a great time - like a convo with an old friend. Hoping he has me back soon.
