I Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! My Pilates instructor is wonderful(Linda)! Working with Linda and doing Pilates has definitely improved my flexibility, confidence in my body abilities, strength and my overall health . The place is very clean. This is not your one size fits all pilates!!! It is a classical studio, which means they take the time to make sure you are doing your movements correctly. It means that there are a maximum of 4 people in your class. It means attention to detail. It means personalized care and genuine caring about you. Within the first few classes I could feel myself getting stronger in the places that needed it the most. After a couple of months my posture has improved exponentially. I am less sore and more limber. And I really look forward to coming in and having my me time in such a peaceful facility. It’s low impact, high return exercise. Linda is a phenomenal instructor!

I’ve been attending Pilates classes with Linda, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so sweet, kind, and incredibly patient. Linda is an excellent instructor who pays close attention to every move, ensuring proper form and correcting you when needed. She genuinely cares about her students’ progress, including their overall well-being and diet, which has been incredibly helpful for me in my weight loss journey.
One thing I really love about this class is the small group size—only four people. This ensures you get the most attention, and everyone in the class is so nice and friendly. The studio is also very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to work out.
I initially joined on my own, but I later brought my parents along. Even though they don’t speak English, Linda made the experience enjoyable and accessible for them. My parents both have arthritis, heart disease, and one has had spine surgery, yet Linda has tailored the exercises so they can participate comfortably. They feel so healthy and energetic after each class and have experienced no pain or discomfort afterward, which is amazing!
I’ve tried other Pilates classes before, but this one is by far the best. Thank you, Linda, for creating such a positive, welcoming, and effective experience for all of us!

I love this place!!!I booked one of the free sessions from an Instagram post and immediately knew I was going to invest. Out of all the other franchise models this one fits the best. Jeff gives great knowledge on the classical Pilates technique while teaching breath work. I have only worked with Nate Furlong at Wellfit 3 times but I already feel a marked improvement in my pelvic, hip and lower back pain that has curtailed my activity for more than three years. I have seen numerous specialist and PTs for my issues and no one has helped me like he has and all that progress in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really listens to you. Oh the money, time and pain I could have saved myself had I found him earlier.

Of all of the training professionals I have worked with over the years, none of them has even approached the level of knowledge and expertise Nate possesses. Nate has a unique ability to analyze the mechanics of the body and determine root cause of the issue or challenge along with a plan on how to correct. He also can provide the data and science behind why the plan will be successful, which I find the most compelling part of his practice. I worked with Nate to rehabilitate my knee when I injured it in the Spring. When I first injured it, I was having trouble even lifting my leg due to the intense knee pain. Nate introduced me to the MELT method and provided me with tools as well as an exercise regimen for me to be able to come back from the injury much quicker than I anticipated. I haven’t had any issues with that knee since it healed and have actually noticed my that the areas around my knee and some of the activities I used to have trouble with prior to injury are actually easier since strengthening/stretching some of these areas associated with my knee. Thankful for the expertise and time provided by Well Fit Life. Highly recommend working with Nate and utilizing his unique and personalized approaches to rehabilitation and strength training.

I have been handicapped with MS for many years and being a senior has made for more challenges. Jeff has been helping me to stay somewhat mobile although I am in a wheelchair. He understands what I need to stay flexible and strong and he has increased my self confidence. He is very friendly and would recommend him to seniors that need that extra help in staying healthy. My experience with WellFit was extremely valuable and I highly recommend them to anyone else suffering from chronic pain that wants to get back into exercise. Nick and Ian are super nice, knowledgeable, and positive. They work with all ages and experience levels. The environment is small and welcoming - much less intimidating than many fitness centers. I was hesitant to start because, despite my young age, I had nerve pain and other issues and had pretty much zero experience at the gym. However, I found WellFit because I wanted to learn how to exercise in a healthy way that would help my pain instead of exacerbating it. WellFit helped me do exactly that and there was marked improvement in my health issues while training with them. Go check it out!

I have anticipated writing this review for a while. Life is changed after coming here. My outlook is brighter, daily tasks are more easily accomplished, my body is mine; I am stronger and more confident. I am moving more freely. And I am totally enjoying it. I work with Ian who, as another reviewer said, is witty and I will add “wise.” He is a good listener who takes you where you are, asks you where you want to be and shows you the path there. No magic answers, but steady sensible progress, science-based, specifically designed, and successful! After three sessions I knew I was in the right place.
Well Fit Life does things differently. First, you go through an assessment. Secondly you are presented with results and a path forward. Thirdly, you decide if it sounds good, makes sense, and seems like it meets your needs. Your trainer is with you every step of the way, adjusting, encouraging, challenging and guiding. I am in my fifth month of working with Ian and couldn’t be happier. Well Fit Life is not cheap, but as my husband says, “It’s about value.” I value my health and well-being. I need guidance, wisdom and expertise. I am changing my life at 67 years of age and plan on living as well as I can for a long time. I now have the energy and motivation to take good care of my mind, body, spirit. Life is good. (Cliché but truth!)

I have been athletic all my life. Suddenly, I was suffering from a meniscus tear in both knees and hip pain. Knee surgery and physical therapy did not help with my chronic pain and lack of mobility. When I started visiting well fit life I was seeing Kelsey for her FST and massage therapy expertise. She is great and is always able to help me get my knots out of my back and neck. I starting meeting with Ian in order to fix my back pain. I had rounded shoulders and a tilted pelvis. Both of those issues are now resolved and he is helping me gain overall strength. Love going there. In passing I've met Nate who I haven't worked with but enjoy having fitness based conversations with. Ask him about his fondness of Nelson twins cover bands!
