This is probably the cleanest yoga facility I’ve been to. Everything is up to date. The heated classes are awesome and the instructors are great!

I absolutely love Yoga6 in Rochester! From the very first class, I felt welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. Every single instructor I’ve met is genuinely kind, caring, and encouraging—they create such a positive and uplifting environment that you truly never want to leave.
The classes themselves are incredible. No matter what kind of day I’ve had, I walk out of every session feeling empowered, refreshed, and in such a great headspace. It’s become one of the highlights of my week and something I truly look forward to.
If you’re looking for a studio that not only delivers amazing classes but also makes you feel like you’re part of a community, Yoga6 Rochester is the place. I can’t recommend it enough!

As a physical therapist, I can highly recommend this studio to benefit your overall fitness. No matter if you need a challenging workout to strengthen the whole body or something good to do for yourself on a "rest" day, you can find a class here to meet your needs. As someone with chronic back pain, I have tried numerous interventions, but none have been as effective as regular yoga. The heat and the variety of classes here make it effective on any given day.
While I am a self-admitted boutique fitness addict, this is the one studio I can't replicate on my own or somewhere else. Classes are reasonably priced and staff is very friendly and helpful.

YogaSix is my favorite place to practice yoga — hands down. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted and instantly feel welcomed. The studio has a serene, calming atmosphere that helps you leave the outside world behind.
The teachers are outstanding — knowledgeable, encouraging, and each with their own unique style that brings something special to every class. Whether I’m looking for a hot yoga or a gentle restore, I always find what I need at Yoga Six.
One of my favorite touches? The cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class — it’s the perfect way to wrap up a session. It’s those little details that show how much care and thought goes into the entire experience.
For once, my mind can stay quiet. I’m able to block out all the noise and just be present. I leave each class feeling grounded, refreshed, and more at peace.
If you’re looking for a place that nurtures both your body and your mind, YogaSix is it.

Love, love, love Yoga6 in RH. I’ve been a member since inception. Each class is different, and challenging. I don’t know which instructor is my fav- each instructor has their own technique, personality and strengths! I have made so many new friends and look forward to each class! It your typical yoga classes. Love sculpt the most.. who doesn’t love the challenge of 100 degree, 40% humidity boot camp! 🥵💪🏻

I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been here a few times now and just signed up for one of their packages! Everyone here has such great energy, they’re so welcoming, and always go above and beyond for their customers. I especially love Crystal’s classes and even drive all the way from Davison just to attend

Tucked away in Rochester Hills, YogaSix is a sanctuary of movement, energy, and transformation — a true diamond in the rough. What makes this studio shine isn’t just its clean, welcoming space or thoughtfully designed classes, but the powerful, peaceful energy created by its people. From the moment you walk in, there’s a palpable shift, guided by the inspiring leadership of Crystal, whose grounded presence sets the tone for everything. I experienced a Free Flow class led by Melissa, whose precise, graceful instruction brought simplicity and depth to every movement. YogaSix is more than a studio — it’s a community and a vibe that meets you where you are and elevates your journey to health and wellness.

Enjoyed the classes and most of the staff but this place is poorly run. Impossible to cancel your membership. I have called and sent the email required. But never recieved a response. Terrible management. I would not recommend.

Yoga 6 is terrible. While I loved going there and practicing - they make it impossible to cancel and try to scam out of money. I will NEVER go to this studio again. Horrible business practices l - they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have done 3 classes at this place. First class the fire alarm was going off for a good 15 minutes of the class and I was told they are running a "fire alarm test" which I am confused on why it wasn't scheduled in between classes. However it was fine, disturbing but fine I let it go and came back for a 2nd class. The 2nd class instructor Jennifer D. went around to everyone and cooled them down with the towel except for me. I let her know that she missed me thinking maybe she made a mistake and she brings the small towel that she was wiping her sweat with and waves it at me instead of the scented one and I know it wasn't the same one she cooled everyone with cause I felt her when she waived the person next to me and it was a lemon scent and definitely gave a lot more air then her little sweat one she tried waving at me after I called her out. Today was the 3rd class and I was late. Completely on me. Instructor Jess let me know they have a 5 minute grace period, which is fine and I understand but I have been there 3 times this week and was late each time because of traffic. Why did they not let me know about the late policy the first or 2nd time? Workout is ok but seems badly run and they have a lot of kinks they need to work through. They keep messaging me about promo they are running which is crazy. Maybe I would have though about buying more classes if it wasn't for something wrong every time I attended.

Today I took a Sculpt and Flow class with Jen. What a fabulous experience. The heated room was new for me, and I have practiced yoga for over 20 years. Once I got used to the heat, I realized how it helped my muscles. Jen's flow was fun, well-organized, and she gave very helpful cues for proper alignment. The music was upbeat and motivating. I will definitely be back next week. This was a phenomenal experience!

Took my first class here yesterday. For first timers, it is HOT! Bring a towel. I was really pleasantly surprised about the difficulty and temperature of slow flow, I was challenged and did some beginning modifications. Also, it was PACKED. I loved how there were options to add more difficult tweaks to make something easy extra challenging. It was super relaxing and I felt pampered walking out to cool towels. The instructor was relaxing and impressive. I had a great time!

This is my Detroit yoga studio. My home base is Phoenix AZ. I really love this studio. Great classes, excellent and attentive instructors and inviting, kind, helpful staff. Over the last 18 months I've taken at least fifty classes here with a variety of instructors. The classes and instructors are consistently and appropriately challenging and fun and my fellow yogis make it a great community experience.

Customer service was bad, was extremely uncomfortable being told I’d have to pay for an intro class after I was told that it was free. They also contact you multiple times to confirm one class. For having to bring your own mat and materials, the price for their classes isn’t worth what other studios offer.

My "slow flow" class with Melissa today was great! I have never taken a yoga class before and was pleasantly surprised with the satisfaction I felt at the end. Because I was just accompanying my friend today and not looking for a commitment, I was happy to find out the first class is free! Their equipment is very clean, the participants were polite, and chilled towels were offered at the end. Melissa and the woman at the front desk were very kind. If I lived closer, I think I would love coming to this studio regularly.

This was the perfect hot class, the poses were basic in a good way. Stretches and long held pose, I was able to drip sweat (yay!). I’m grateful for the early class too as these are hard to come by. Love the lighting, dark blue and red, nice touch and got me in the zone.

I've been to a lot of yoga studios in the past and YogaSix is a great modern yoga facility! YogaSix offers a variety of class types; my favorites are sculpt, hot, power, and slow flow. I love the variety in the schedule, with plenty of morning and evening sessions offered (yay for those with busy calendars filled with work, kids, or classes!).
Some studios can feel very cliquey, but YogaSix RH is far from that. They have a super welcoming wellness advisor team and knowledgeable and supportive instructors who offer encouraging guidance and gentle adjustments.

This studio called my phone at 7 am.... Having worked in a call center I know TCPA laws and you for sure broke them. 8 am to 9 pm. You should look into this before you call someone with nothing better to do than sue you. Even when someone provides you their information you can not call them before 8am. And no I did not sign up for a class or miss a class I simply gave my info as an interested person. I am no longer interested.

The owners are very nice and receptive to change! I like the vibe and cleanliness of the studio. I like that the mats are setup for members making it easy in winter to not worry about bringing a mat. Parking is easy even though there is construction in the parking lot. Scheduling classes is easy on the app.
There best class is yoga sculpt because it is full body with weights and yoga- a real workout. They have recently added more yoga sculpt times which is great. I am hoping they get more yoga sculpt teachers and have multiple yoga sculpt times for evening as well.
The one thing I see for improvement is some of the instructors do not perform all the moves in class. I brought a friend who could not hear the instructors voice over the music and who did not pick up as easily because all the moves were not performed. It is important to create an open space environment with multiple modification options throughout class to encourage all types of people and possible new members. This is an easy fix by asking in the beginning of class if new members are present or simply setting a standard of always doing the moves with members. Overall everyone is very kind, welcoming, and open to improvement/tips! Looking forward to more flexible times and bringing more friends with me!

This studio is awesome! The location is great, studio is always bright & clean, and the teachers are all so kind and genuinely want to help you in your yoga practice. They offer a variety of classes, and the teachers are always great about offering an alternative or modification for some of the more advanced poses. Plus they have cold washcloths when you come out of class - which is just one example of how they go the extra mile.
Highly recommend Yoga 6 in Rochester for any level of yoga and a wonderful workout that you can make your own.
