Clean gym. Well equipped. Centrally located in White Lake. 24 hours a day. Almost never “too” busy. Staff is super friendly. When’s the last time you’ve been to a gym where the owners known everyone’s names? My husband and I have been members since February 2016 and we love coming here.

I went in to get a look at the gym to see if it was worth joining, I definitely think it will be worth joining in the future because they have a good staff and a decent amount of equipment and it's open pretty much all of the time. Definitely take a look if you're looking to work out or get back in shape.

Great club. All staff members are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Henry is a personal trainer there and also leads at least 5 weekly workout classes and he is an outstanding leader. Henry's awareness and skills are second to none. The facility is continually being cleaned and the equipment is always in top notch condition.

I just signed up with this gym two weeks ago but so far I have nothing but good things to say. The hour long orientation with the fitness trainer to go over the machines was very educational and comprehensive. It's been awhile since I've been in a gym so this was very helpful so I didn't feel lost and out of place while working out. The owners are there daily and open to answer all questions! Tihey learn your name and they care! Love to tan and work out in one stop! Very clean and great equipment.

First true work out club! They have competitions, friendly staff and work largely on a trust system. The owners are usually there every day, eager to help spot or answer any dietary questions you have. Probably the most friendliest establishment in White Lake. I truly enjoy taking my kids...yup, you read that right, kids there weekly.

YFC is a Very Clean Facility, with Very Nice Up- to- Date Workout Equipment from Free weights, Hammer Strength, and Keiser just what a body needs to build Muscle. They also have Tons of Cardio Equipment to tighten up.
YFC also has some of the best Staff that is very Knowledgeable and friendly.
No need for GNC, or Vitamin Shoppe they carry Elite Supplements, and Vitamins as well.
The Club is also open 24/7 which works well for me being a night shifter.

I've been a member of Your Fit Club for 6 years and have always been very satisfied with the facility. The equipment is state of the art and always seems to be well maintained. The place is clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Awesome gym. Plenty of cardio, plenty of weights. The Keiser equipment is excellent. It uses compressed air for resistance making it very safe to use. I used it to rehab after knee and shoulder surgeries. Love that is locally owned and opporated by a family that gets to know you.

The club is clean but don't believe a word that the owner, Neil, tells you. He is scam artist. Don't expect your refundable key deposit to be returned among other non-ethical practices.

I've been going to this gym for about 6 weeks. I have found it clean with all of the equipment in good working order. The facility as a whole is well cared for and maintained, the showers and changing rooms are always clean. The idea of the FOB is great. I can go in at 3:00 AM or any time I want with the FOB. Every person I've met there is friendly and very helpful, including the staff. I would recommend this club to anyone that wants a nice clean well equipped place to work out atr their own pace
