I really enjoyed the workout classes and completed a 28 day program. After completing the program I had noticed they were offering a other 28 day program which I thought would be perfect to trial to ensure I could stick with it before signing a contact or paying a hefty non contract rate. I read ALL of the terms and conditions, even took screenshots, and signed up. I received an email the next day stating I was excluded due to their fine print, come to find out, the fine print had been manipulated after I signed up for their 28 day program. I was reimbursed, however this is terrible comminucation and not professional in any manner.

Prior to starting with 180, I spent years trying to workout and trying to be healthy. I went to all the workout places and after 3-6 weeks I went less and less. 180 was the first gym that changed that. I’m actually motivated to go, because I like the people, the trainers, the workers (they’re always different), and I like the results. I went from a 3 month record of attendance with other gyms, to a10 year streak with 180. That’s the difference between forcing yourself to workout, and enjoying tour workout.

Joining 180 Kettlebell Gym was the best decision I've made in a long time. The owners and staff are truly passionate about what they do! They were and still are amazing at supporting and encouraging me throughout my entire health transformation.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about the 6 week challenge, 180 Kettlebell and the amazing staff. I have struggled for years to stick to a diet, trying every fad and only managing to stick to it for a week or two and only losing a few pounds. A friend suggested 180 Kettlebell and the 6 week challenge, I figured why not give it a try. I love it!!! The workouts are challenging and fun, the staff is fabulous always there encouraging and helping to make sure you are doing it correctly and providing modifications if needed. This gym is almost like a family always growing and changing but always supporting and cheering each other on. The meal plan is sustainable and there is no feeling of starvation. The six weeks went by so quickly, I was so excited each week to step on the scale and see the pounds coming off. I would recommend 180 Kettlebell to anyone looking for great workouts and great results.

I just finished my 6 week challenge a few months ago and I HIGHLY recommend this gym! The workouts are challenging regardless of fitness level and they're always different which makes them fun! The trainers are amazing and do a great job helping out new people, showing how to adapt certain moves when needed, and challenging each person individually. I really grew to love working out with kettlebells and the full body workout they provide. I lost 27 lbs during my 6 week challenge because of the great workouts, the accountability, and the nutrition plan that was provided. I'm in the best shape I've been in for a loooong time. The meal plan was comprehensive and easy to follow. Healthy eating has been an issue of mine for a while but I will be integrating several elements of this simple meal plan into my daily routine moving forward. I have been to a lot of fitness/weight loss programs and this is truly by far the best program. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I just finished the Little Black Dress Challenge and in the six weeks I lost 16lbs and I lost inches I feel great. I love my 180 Kettlebells family and the friends I have made everyone is great and always willing to answer questions or listen to concern. Give it a try you WON'T be disappointed!!

I joined this gym for a 6 week challenge they had going- if you completed the challenge it was free, [but writing a review was a requirement]. These are my own opinions.
I'd never done any kettlebell workouts prior, and really no strength training. The instructors here were great, very informative, and very focused on getting form right for each move. The workouts were never boring, and being an hour long, didn't seem too long.
The other gym-goers were a dichotomy of clique-ish members who had been attending for a while, and newer members who had just joined in a challenge group. (I say clique-ish not as an insult, but as an observation.. they had their own friend groups at the gym and didn't interact much with the newer members)
I never felt judged or uncomfortable using my 'light' weights when other members were using heavier weights. (a lot of gyms have a stigma-feel to them)
I would recommend this gym if you're looking for a new or different type of workout to try, and great instructors.
I would recommend doing a challenge group with this gym if you were able to set an individual goal for the challenge, vs a standard goal for every challenger.

I'm 2 months in and love it! I joined to get stronger, toned & have more energy. I've never been overweight, but I felt soft and out of shape and hadn't done a real intense workout for years. 5 weeks into the program I lost 3% body fat even though the scale basically stayed the same. Lots of sore muscles at first for this 50 year old grandma, but stick with it because it does get better, it's so empowering and fun! After my 28 day QuickStart I joined for 12 months, the owners and staff are so welcoming, helpful and encouraging!

I drove by 180 for years. Then one day my sister in law told me I should join. I am so in love with this place. No workout is the same. The instructors know when you can go heavier and they push you. I'm approaching my 3rd year coming to 180 and it's the ONLY gym where I've stayed motivated and pushed myself to reach my goals.
The 1 hour class is enough to get through but more than enough to kick your butt (in a good way). As I change, my goals change and everyone here cheers me on, it's like family really.
Not only are the trainers amazing but the atmosphere is fun and the people who attend are happy and encouraging with a perfect dose of crazy. If you want a non judgmental, comfortable gym with people of every shape, every size, every age...then this is it for you.

1) Every training session is different. This keeps it exciting and interesting.

I tried the LaLifeGolds and the SnappyTimes for about 3 years and made no progress. In 6 months at 180, I lost over 30 lbs. Not only did I lose the weight, I doubled my strength and improved my balance.

A great, challenging workout that is far different than your "usual" gym routine. High intensity group classes that push you to do your best. I love the class variety - I can go all 6 days the gym is open and not do the same workout.
The gym also has a community feeling to it. Everyone is respectful and helps others become their best, whether they are new or a veteran.
