Gym is open 24 hours to members, day passes are available with a member, during staffed hours and after staffed hours by text (or with a member).
We are staffed Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-2pm.

I live in Phoenix and stay in Big Lake in the summer. The owner let me get a summer membership which was amazing. If you like lifting weights this is the gym for you. The Owner was very helpful and is there alot to answer questions. So much equipment and hardly no waiting. I will definitely be back next summer. I dropped about 23 lbs this summer so thank you 24-7 Fitness!

Been at this gym almost a year now. I've had other gyms before but thus one is the nicest! Great owners with an amazing supplement shop! And the equipment is amazing! Never have to wait for a Machine!

This is the best gym around! The equipment is the best and they have a lot of it. Rouge and Hanmer Strength all around. Very clean and well-maintained. they also have a lot of supplements if needed.
Plenty of squat racks, and deadlifts stations. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment because they have plenty. If you want to great environment to work out in, don’t hesitate to join this gym!

Always a great atmosphere, i also love the fact that there is a supplement store here, oh and they even created a system to buy said supplements when the gym is unstaffed. If thats not customer service, i dont know what is! I've had a membership since the day this gym opened. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. Sorry guys!!!!

By far, this gym has the best equipment north if the cities. The owners are friendly and helpful. The members have good gym etiquette. When I asked to cancel my gym membership, there were no questions asked. 11 out of 10!

Easily the best Gym in the area and probably even Minnesota. Some of the best equipment available and plenty of it! Price of a monthly membership is a steal for what you have access to! The owners Ryan and Richelle are awesome people and they are always looking for ways to improve the gym. Also, some of the best supplements you can get available in the store. I highly recommend you check it out!

Definitely the best gym in town! Clean and run by nice people with a supplement store attached. If you like lifting and want to go to a real gym with quality equipment, variety, and space to move this is the place for you. There are cardio equipment and machines like the other places around but if you actually want to make progress you need free weights, racks, benches, and chalk! All the bases are covered here and the locker rooms are actually clean.
