I have been working with Alex remotely for about six months now. My work schedule is constantly changing, so I needed a fitness coach who could be very flexible. Alex helped me get my physical health and nutrition back on track. He made the process easier by providing steps that helped me ease into a new, healthier lifestyle. He has helped me with nutrition, workout plans, and especially accountability. With Alex’s planning, I have been able to just focus on execution in the gym.
Alex is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He has pushed me to work hard and be consistent, but he also understands when life gets in the way. I would recommend Alex as a fitness trainer to anyone who needs that extra push in their personal fitness and nutrition, whether that be in-person or remotely.

I've always been someone who has a lot of anxiety around body image but also found it daunting to enter the gym or workouts in general because I didn't want to do anything wrong, ineffective, etc. Alex has a really great knowledge and approach about how to get you into the habit and consistency of eating well and working out without feeling like he's gatekeeping knowledge or just telling you what to do. It really feels like he works with you and guides you towards your goal at your pace. The dude gets it, and he helps you get it too. I've grown a lot of confidence in the 8 months I've worked with him and that for me is even more than having better thoughts around my body image because of the significant changes I've seen.

Adapt Elite Coaching has changed my life. I started working with Alex 4 Years ago to lose weight and increase strength & mobility. I meet with Alex who went through a very detailed interview with me to talk about where I had been and where I wanted to be in the future with my fitness goals. Alex crafted a custom plan that was a perfect fit for me instead of the one size fits all plans I’ve experienced in other gyms.
What I found with Alex is a trainer who is able to effectively coach on nutrition, strength, and mobility. If I’m out of town or not feeling 100%, Alex is able to meet online and he kept me engaged and on track thru the pandemic. I’ve found a level of engagement and accountability here that is beyond what I could have imagined. Alex keeps it fun with variety and humor while still challenging me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I’ve heard him referred to by another member as “Google for the body”!
From my experience, Alex does not just train, he coaches his clients through the process of being healthy and thinking healthy. He is truly invested in his clients and offers so many avenues for them to reach their goals. He listens to what you need and delivers RESULTS. I couldn't be happier with the results I've seen!!! The service and attentiveness are unparalleled. Additionally, not only did I reach my fitness goals because of Alex and his systems, but my husband is doing the same.

Alex at Adapt Elite Coaching is amazing to work with as personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have struggled for many years with severe chronic joint pain and have done it all – meds, chiro, yoga, acupuncture, even more than 15 years of Physical therapy. Nothing has helped even take the edge off the pain. After my first couple weeks of working with Alex I could walk up the stairs without white knuckling the railing. And so much joyful transformation has followed: less pain, better digestion, clear & glowing skin, weight loss, oh and did I say LESS PAIN!! What I thought was a short training sprint for me is a long-term commitment. Alex is brilliant with ways of changing workouts, so it does not create further pain in my joints. I was looking for a little extra motivation and help getting my training back in order after a long hiatus from sports/activity/competing because of COVID.

I came across Alex on social media, noticed he was local, and had a compelling program.

I’m a lifelong, multi-sport athlete with a strong understanding and background in sports training. As a working professional + father of two, time + planning can get challenging. I brought Alex on board to help with a training and meal program that could accommodate my busy schedule.

I’m nearing 4-months into my programs with Alex and the results speak for themselves. I’m down nearly 30 lbs and several percentages in body fat, have regained + adding muscle mass, and nutrition very straightforward have led to some incredible results so far.
