Align Optimal Wellness is located in beautiful downtown Stillwater, Minnesota in the Isaac Staples Sawmill Building (third floor). I had the most beautiful experience at Align Optimal Wellness in Stillwater. I came for a sound bath, and it ended up being one of the most moving and relaxing sessions I’ve ever had.
The instructor, Katelyn Hart, created such a grounding, calming space and the addition of special guest professional harpist, Karissa Kockelman, made it unforgettable. Hearing the live harp play alongside the singing bowls felt otherworldly. It was emotional in the best way, and exactly what my mind and heart needed.
I left feeling lighter, centered, and so deeply touched by the experience. I truly cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for healing, relaxation, or a meaningful moment of stillness.

This 5 star review is well overdue! I came for yoga class, but found there are so many other services available! Each class is energizing with the right mix of strength & flow. Meghan is an attentive and intuitive yoga teacher who adapts every pose for everyone in the room. Be sure to checkout Dr. Ashley LaBore and her team of skillful and friendly instructors!

I drove an hour each way to see Katelyn Hart! Her deep tissue massage was phenomenal and she targeted all the right areas with the perfect amount of pressure! The cupping therapy was also amazing helping to release my tight muscles and improve circulation. I left feeling soooo much more relaxed and super soft from the massage lotions! 10/10 recommend

I am obsessed with my Pilates classes at Align! It is an amazing work out and very good for relieving tension in your shoulders back and legs! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and my personal teacher Angie does a wonderful mix of the reformer and mat.

I just had my 1st ever Thai massage at Align Wellness with Kate. I've had many massages in my lifetime but this one takes the cake on uniqueness in that it is not a passive experience. Kate uses her whole body to engage yours through stretches while applying massage pressure. The result is not only are knots worked out, joints are opened, muscles are given length you cannot access yourself, and you leave feeling loose, and more relaxed. Kate has fantastic positive energy and precise techniques to target your gritty problem areas. Overall it's an experience you don't want to miss!

Ashley is outstanding! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring and goes to great lengths to help you understand your body and how to feel your best. I started seeing her last month for nagging low back, neck, and shoulder pain. She did a thorough assessment of my alignment and body movement and developed a plan of exercises I could do at home between appointments. She has used gentle manual adjustments of my spine, massage, and cupping to reduce my pain and improve my range of motion. I have so much relief! I can’t recommend her enough.

Ashley LaBore is patient, cheerful, creative, and effective. She has a way of teaching that left nuggets of knowledge with me that I turned into small changes. I'll never forget the instruction from the spine workshop to "get your butt all the way back in your chair" (to better support your spine).
She helped me solve a years-long shoulder mobility issue within about six weeks with just 3 physical therapy sessions and home exercises. And when coincidentally something in my knee went awry making it painful to walk, she figured out the issue and solved it in 5 minutes. Amazing!

I found Ashley when I was looking for someone to see about my knee pain. I have seen her several times and each time she really pays attention to my concerns and customizes a plan just for me in a caring way. I really like the environment she practices from as it is very conducive to individualized treatment.
