Kelly is SO kind and insightful and encouraging- I felt so safe and not judged at all on my abilities by each of the coaches! I canβt say enough good things!!
Right now itβs too far of a drive because both my babies are home but once the youngest is in PreK I definitely hope to go back!! You gotta check it out.

Loving this space, community and workouts. The noon hour express class really fits into my workday and on days when it doesn't, I choose an early morning or early evening class to make up for it. Every session is different and challenging, but I know that I can do it and feel great afterwards! Glad to have joined.

My co-worker and I found a groupon for Altman Fitness and we are so glad that we tried them out. Both of us decided to become members of the gym and it was the best decision ever. The staff are amazing and very motivating during the classes. Each class is different, challenging and a great work out. In the 45 minutes, you get a great work-out. It has been 2 months since I started and I have yet to do the same class - which is what I was looking forward to.

I gave Altman a try with a groupon. It was such a positive experience I joined after 28 days. Classes are great, lots of variety and heart pounding cardio. Instructors are awesome. Lisa is an exceptional motivator during classes especially when you want to stop. Dianna is always brings a bunch positive energy to her classes. Other members are fun and uplifting. Give Altman a try you wont regret it...

I saw Altman Fitness on a groupon, and figured I may as well give it a go - what did I have to lose except a few bucks if I hated it? Turns out it's the best gym I've been to. Very much like having a personal trainer, but in a group setting, so not nearly as expensive. I also love that the workouts are 45 minutes, yet I burn more calories than the 60+ minute workouts I've done in the past. Instructors and other members are awesome. I recommend!

Altman Fitness has been a great addition to my fitness routine! Boot camp type workout classes used to be intimidating to me, but the staff at Altman tailor the sessions to meet the needs of people of all fitness levels. The workouts change daily so it never gets boring or too easy, I highly recommend Altman Fitness!

I've proud to say I've been a member of Altman Fitness since 2011. Over that time, Jay and Kelly have focused on one thing - improving my health. The base is the Fit Body Bootcamp workouts led by Jay, Kelly, and the other great trainers.
If you'd like additional support including weight loss or personal training, it's available for you, as well.
The best thing about Altman Fitness is the supportive community Jay and Kelly have built. The support from trainers and members is what sets Altman apart. It's a wonderful mix of people with different fitness levels but the same goal - improving their health.

I love, LOVE, love Fit Body Bootcamp!!! I get charged up every time I go! The results are amazing - I lost 6.25 inches doing the 28 day challenge and gained 3.5% lean muscle mass! I have been working out since I was 15 (I'm 28 now) and I've never found something as consistently challenging, time efficient, and results proven as FBBC. And it's actually FUN! Working out in a group is energizing and motivating all at the same time. I can't say enough good things about Fit Body Bootcamp! It's just awesome! :)

Altman Fitness is more than a boot camp/training gym - it's where you go to improve your health and change your life! Jay, Kelly and the other trainers have done more for me since April than any other workout I have done before. I am an avid runner and I had severe hip problems before joining Altman - my hip pain is gone and I am stronger than ever. You get personal attention during your workouts and as much personal attention as you need outside of your workouts. Working out at Altman is easily the highlight of most of my days - I have made friends and lasting changes to my exercise and eating habits. Altman fitness is like an extension of your family - they care about your success and give you the tools to make lasting changes! Thank you!
