I told them I would pay the cancellation fee and they say said they would cancel yet low and behold continue to charge my card. Unreal! Basically stealing. Do not use this gym. Wow awful business. Got charged 40 dollars extra each month for a year. I have never had such an issue with communication. I am not one to complain at all. I pay and finish all contracts with zero complaints to a business owner BUT this company I had to send many text messages and left MANY voicemails about a 40 dollar charge I was getting each month on top of my membership fee. NO call back ever! One text message after many many with me asking why do I keep getting charged for this 40 dollars each month on top of my membership fee? She respond finally with it’s my charge. What?? What does that mean? Then after no calls back after leaving many more voicemails I call and get a hold of the personal trainer. Now I’ve paid 480 dollars for a year which she told me was for the red light bed, message bed, and some weight check machine. I have NEVER used and never would. Said I wanted my money back and the owner wouldn’t do anything about it. Nothing. Don’t care at all. I asked to be let out of contract then for the membership he refused. I got charged 40 dollars a month for something I called about many times questioning. Wow. Then after talking with person trainer who said I ended charges then I got charged the 20 dollars the next day and he refused to refund that too. Seriously the worst business I have ever had.

I've been dealing with serious financial hardship and have absolutely no means of paying my bills let alone this stupid gym membership. I've tried to cancel a couple of times but they refuse and keep me on a contract even though I've been a loyal member for 3+ yrs. Every time they charge my bank I get an overdraft fee. Its also been months since I even worked out. This place doesn't care about you at all just want your money.

Gym was busy but not crowded, machines i used seemed up kept and some maybe brand new. Bathrooms and shower area were ok. Only real Negative for me were not having Live TV on the wall tvs or even on the cardio machines with screens. It's 2025, budget hotel gyms have this. Tvs are there, but not usable. Watching the news, events or local games in the background of a lift or during a cardio session seems like it should be automatic for the monthly costs.

Jade and Casey are the most welcoming and genuine people I’ve ever met in my whole 30 years of living! Seriously if you don’t sign up just because of their personality and kindness, you will for their accountability. They both have been nonjudgmental and guided me through the whole thing from start to finish. I’ve never had this type of treatment from anyone before, much less a gym??! Owners demonstrated how unnecessary they believe senior fitness is by ABRUPTLY canceling the well attended classes for Silver Sneakers (for which the location is financially compensated by health insurance). They have ‘kindly’ offered to replace those sessions with trainer led classes at a cost of $30 per session or $4,700.00 per year! What a jerk move!

Great space! Always super clean and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable when I have a question. I was also really impressed with my personal trainer. oh, and I can't forget the most important part. I am self-employed and always working so the fact that I can go to the gym Anytime! thats a huge +for me I was at lifetime fitness being $170 a month struggling to get there because of the hours now I'm getting to the gym every single day for just a fraction of the cost. I couldn't be happier five stars for me!!!!

I was in town for a few days and they were able to provide me with a 2 day free workout pass. Very nice workers and management. I was shocked with all the nice equipment they had and all the space. They even have 2 big full body massage machines to relax in after your workout. If I lived in this town I would definitely make this my home gym. The only complaint is that it's too quiet inside. A lot of gyms I've been too always play good workout music. But I guess it doesn't really matter much since a lot of us have headphones nowadays.

Not a nice gym. Yes it has equipment you could need, but multiple machines are broken and staff does nothing about it. Gym goers are rude, and will claim machines from across the gym, not letting others use them. Staff does not communicate about terms and will get you stuck in a long term contract for a gym that is not worth the cost or the commitment. Not impressed with the customer service here. Anytime, do better.

This was a very minimal club no bells or whistles as of February 2016... Nothing special for 40 a month I paid. (Snap is 40ish w/o insurance in the cities and lifetime was 50ish w/o insurance when I was doing pricing). Here is the kicker, the WORST staff ever! Not only have I tried Multiple time to call the owner, manager, anybody! To help me with some billing issues I had. (I moved so there was no way I could physically go to the club) these issues are still unresolved due to needed clarification from the club. This gym was horrible, and unprofessional in my opinion. From my understanding a lot of the anytime fitness gym are franchised. Skip the Albertville one might have better luck with maple grove..

The biggest Anytime of over 20 I've been to within 45 min of Minneapolis!!! (Forest Lake is the only other that comes close). I've only been to this one 2 or 3 times, but there's PLENTY of open space. Almost too much. Equipment is average - typical anytime fitness stuff. The place seems to be kept clean and well maintained from what I've seen. Decent bathrooms.
