Tried this gym out passing through heading to Wisconsin. Great facility. A lot of unique equipment. I want to highlight their cleaner John. He does a fantastic job cleaning. Place looked spotless. Definitely deserves a raise with the quality of work and his welcoming attitude. Check this gym out!

I’ve been an anytime member for about 10 years or so. Moved away and needed to cancel my membership. Called numerous times with no answer and voicemail full. Emailed them with no reply. Went in multiple Fridays in the early afternoon and no staff was there during “staffed hours.” Even called the Forest Lake location with no answer. Ended up calling Aaron at the New Richmond, WI location and he actually cared enough to help out and call me back multiple times. Save yourself the headache and go to New Richmond instead!

I’ve been a member here for a while, but the last few months have been a nightmare with billing and communication. About 3–4 months ago, I had to update my payment info. The owner added my card to the wrong account(I was getting charged twice a month) and when I tried to get it fixed, he answered once, said it looked good on his end and was fine(it wasn’t), then ignored my calls for two weeks after. I ended up having to put a stop payment on the wrong withdrawal.

Recently, I switched banks and called to update my info again—no callback, no follow-up—so my account ended up closing. If im being honest, I’m glad to never have to deal with this place again. I’ve had 7 gym memberships in my life in a couple different states, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The gym itself is a good size, but maintenance is terrible. The same three machines have been broken for at least two months. Overall, it’s clear the owner doesn’t care about the members or the equipment.

Edit: Aaron did end up reaching out and made this situation right by canceling my membership and wiping my due ballance.

Clean gym. But impossible to cancel and they will randomly charge your card. It's supposed to be $24 2 times a month. I have a random charge from there of $92 and another 2 of $24 all in the same month. Ridiculous

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 7 months and I can't get a call back or an email back. I just called again, and now the voicemail box is full and I couldn't even leave a message. Do not sign anything with these people.

Clean gym, very weightlifter friendly. The members are very polite and friendly which usually means they're happy with the facility. The trainer I spoke to was pleasant and professional. Remotes didn't work in the weight room, but that's a small matter. I go to Anytimes all over, and this gym is exactly what I hope for when I walk into one for the first time. Top notch.

I'm sorry, but I was so excited when I signed up, but it has been a big headache. They are always charging me more than what it should be. Every time I talk with them, they say it is not because of them but because it's my insurance. The insurance has been paying Anytime fitness. I have asked to speak with the owner for more than a month now, and his not calling me. (they won't give me his number)
NOT going to renew the membership.
It's been such a headache 😫

I like the fact that I can go anytime!
I am a senior and recovering from knee surgery and a stroke. I am not able to do a lot in the way of exercising.
So I appreciate that I can work on my own level

Always able to get on the cardio (I like the 2 stepmills, several ellipticals, and a rower) and weight equipment I wanted. Lots of extra 45 bars, has 4-45lb, 2- 25lb & 2-10lb bumper plates, lots of kettle bells, 2 trx straps set up, a battle rope, 3 racks, a large purple turf area for doing your own workout or stretching.

This is my gym for now and I have no complaints. All of the equipment that I need to keep my body in shape is here. Everything is clean (they have you wipe down the equipment before and after use). The people are friendly and kind and I have had not had an issue accessing any equipment even when the gym was pretty full.
