One of the most difficult places to get ahold of anyone at. I was scheduled for a consultation before they even opened and nobody showed up or even called to let me know they weren't coming. I then asked for my membership to be canceled and was told by the manager Albert that this was being taken care of and I was getting refunded. Today I saw I was charged for my membership again. Talking to corporate as was told I needed to buy out my membership for $250. I have never stepped foot in this gym and have now been charged $85 for something that was supposed to be canceled almost 2 months ago.

Update 24 November 2025 - was told my membership was successfully cancelled and there would be a refund. This was 3 November 2025. Refund never happened. Much to my surprise, woke up to a membership charge on my account this morning. Shady!!

Not even set up yet and open to the public and already charging people for gym dues. No one shows up for consultation appointments, or if they do, they are late. No response unless THEY want to get ahold of YOU. Very shady, don't sign up, you get nailed with fees they won't even explain or play it off like you'll get a "special" discount. Very disappointed.

very nice, new, but most importantly CLEAN!! I'm from out of town and visiting for work, very nice to get there in the morning and it not be so packed. Didn't have to wait for a machine and that is a huge plus.

Ignore the other one star reviews, the gym is open as of writing this and is probably one of the nicest anytime's ive been in. Everything piece of equipment in the gym is new and there is a solid variety of equipment with a large, open space to use it. The stairmaster here is currently being fixed but that's my only critique.
