Love that they have many equipments that other AF location don’t have. They also have a nice clean ladies bathroom with all the necessities. Good location, it’s closed by Starbucks and Caribou Coffee.

Absolutely the worst gym communication experience I've ever had. Joined with the full intent of using the facilities often. Roughly a month into the membership COVID/shutdowns hit and they refused to answer emails, calls, and when I finally found someone they would not work with me on getting out of the membership. Learned my lesson about gym contracts. Lifetime's system so much better.

I love working out at this gym. The staff is so helpful and always willing to answer any questions I may have. I love the location AND it’s conveniently located in the same parking lot as Starbucks. 🌟

Nice, clean and spacious gym. Super friendly staff members. I have never had a problem with anything and will gladly go to this location over all the others! Shayna is at the front desk and always willing to help out with any problem you may have. The facilities are being cleaned constantly and it makes me feel good about using showers, equipment and other items that might be laden with germs. Love this gym

I have enjoyed my membership at County Road 30 Anytime location until the Covid shutdown. There has been ZERO communication from the owner and no responses to emails, messenger or even anything on Facebook since March 17. I have no clue if this location is planning to reopen. Windows are all covered and no new signs even on their doors as of yesterday. In reading some past reviews, seems like communication is an issue here. Sure would be nice for members to have been contacted with any information now!!!

Signing up was super easy. When I initially inquired it was same day responses. I have been trying to get ahold of the club to end the contract. I am no longer able to use the equipment and need water based exercises. Anytime does not offer those types of amenities... and for a club that offers no fitness classes the price is ridiculous.

I've never had poorer service anywhere. They don't answer their phone and they revoked my membership not even after one month without even contacting me. It took me 2 weeks to finally hear why they screwed me. They say I was personally training a friend that I was only working out with. She's been my my good friend for years and was new to working out so I tried to help her with the equipment. The manager won't even speak to me and leaves the young boy to deal with it. So I don't even get the chance to defend myself. When I asked the boy what she said she said "she knows what she saw." What 2 people working out together?! Woooow imagine that! It's risky signing a contract with these people apparently. It's obvious that all they want is money for their personal trainers. I have worked out with friends at other gyms and have never had to deal with this. I should have listened to other peoples warnings about Anytime.

For anytime it's the standard. I would like to see more boxes or modular steps which is why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise we'll kept and usually not too crowded.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE!! do not sign up for a membership at this gym if you think you might ever need to cancel it. I moved out of state for work in a hurry and did not have time to cancel my membership, I had to call the gym every day for over 15 days just to get a hold of some one leaving messages every time that I wished for a call back my phone number and the time that I would be calling back the next day. I never received a return phone call from the gym. Once I finally got a hold of some one they had to have proof of my move to another state in order to cancel my membership, I sent this too them the next day. They never actually canceled my membership though and I was billed for another 5 months before I was able to get the billing to stop. I eventually did get my 5 months of dues back but only by the grace of the billing company that this gym works with not because of the gym itself. I reiterate do not sign up for a membership at this location if you ever want to move away, or get a hold of those that run it.

I've been a member since they opened. They have all the equipment you need and it's always taken care of and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always adding new equipment and work to always improve. Overall, its a great gym!

Friendly staff and has everything that meets my needs.
Only thing that needs tending to are the treadmills, a couple of them have the tread stall if your foot goes on the outer portion of the tread when running at 6.8 mph or above.
Great new refurbished building and new restrooms etc.

Love this club!!! I have been a member for over 4 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else in MG. Its convenient, the equipment selection is huge and modern (no waiting), and the gym itself is always clean.

Newly remodeled this year so that makes it even better. Big benefit is that the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to answer questions or help when needed!

Without a doubt would recommend this club to my friends.

The staff is awesome. Always greeted with a smile every time I come in. Liked the gym before the remodel. Since it completed, the gym is even better. There is now a great workout room for various activities like classes or whatever suits your needs. Shayna is always so friendly and helpful.

With my Anytime Fitness membership I can go to countless clubs, but definitely prefer to come to the Maple Grove Anytime. The members and staff are all super friendly and it makes it a lot of fun to come 4 times a week. The remodel job is stellar. Check it out!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been too. I have been to different gyms like Snap Fitness, LifeTime, and Planet Fitness, but none of them come close to the caliber of this gym. It is very clean and the staff are friendly. Whenever I walk in someone always welcomes me. They know me as an individual and not just another member at the gym.

Of all the Anytime Fitness' that I have been to, this is by far the most run down. The Cardio Equipment is definitely "Well Loved" and could use either repair or maintenance, or even replacement. I have belonged to Anytime for many many years and I had to sign a 18 month contract and yet still pay more for my monthly fee then ever before. I don't feel its worth the amount I pay each month, considering all the other options for gyms and you get way more amenities included in your low monthly fee. I regret signing a long contract, cause now I am stuck:( They should not make you sign a contract, it should be your choice to stay or leave. If your gym is the Best, then people will stay regardless, but they shouldn't be forced to stay and have to deal with broke down equipment cause they signed a contract, it kind of seems like a scam to me. Who does Contracts anymore???? !!!!!!!!
