I worked out here for many years and had a great experience, most of the time. Unfortunately the few interactions I’ve had with the trainers were fueled with passive aggression and belittlement. My interactions with their corporate team have been frustrating as well (good luck getting out of your membership). It’s safe to say that the gym has everything you would need, but the people behind those doors do not.

I found this gym on Google maps and went in for a tour. Ben the manager was very friendly and patient and answered all my questions. At 5:30pm on a Tuesday I didn't see anyone waiting for a machine or weights, it seemed like a very chill place. Excited to try it out!

Ben clearly cares about every person who comes in the door. He took extra time to get to know me & my son at our signup, & walked through the agreement pointing out the meaning of what we were signing to make sure we understood all we were committing to. As a lawyer (I didn’t mention this till later), I especially appreciate this, to avoid any misunderstanding. Ben was kind, respectful, and very welcoming. Makes me eager to come back!
