Welcome to ATM Gymnastics in Winona, Minnesota!
We offer classes for Beginner & Recreational gymnasts as well as Competitive Team gymnasts. At this time, we compete USA Gymnastics and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Compulsory Levels 2-5 and Xcel Optional Levels Bronze, Silver, & Gold.
We also offer 4 weeks of Gymnastics Summer Camp and Spring Break Gymnastics Camp.
We have over 25 years of coaching experience from preschool gymnastics through USA Gymnastics Level 9 competitive team gymnasts.
We are happy to offer a fun, safe, high quality gymnastics experience in Downtown Winona!

We love ATM Gymnastics! Coach Heather loves these girls like her own, and they love her! She has many years of gymnastics experience, and we cannot recommend ATM enough. Our daughter has grown so much in skill and confidence since starting almost 2 years ago!
There may be a wait list since Heather does all the coaching on her own (with help from her mom, Coach Dawn, when she comes up to visit), but it's worth the wait, I promise!

I know the owner, Heather, personally and she always puts the kids first. She does an amazing job coaching and encouraging all the kids at her gym. I highly recommend ATM Gymnastics!!

We started this program a few months ago for my 6 year old daughter. I cannot express how much she has grown in her gymnastics since starting. She loves the setting at the gym and the coach and people she gets to practice with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Best gymnastics center around! Coach Heather cares deeply for each child and wants the best for them. My kids have grown exponentially since coming here. ATM makes sure skills are mastered before moving on to higher level ones which shows that they cares about the gymnasts’ safety. 10/10 would recommend.
