Since the 110/10s came out and we were all encouraged to really go for higher weights I’ve been pushing myself D A I L Y with heavier weights and it has paid off big time in my overall body comp. I was sold on Basecamp on my first day. Not only were the coaches so friendly, helpful , supportive and warm, they also introduced me to other team members and I could tell off the bat that Basecamp is big on cultivating a warm & inviting community!

One of if not the best HIIT workouts out there, is at Basecamp Fitness. This is my main studio and it’s a very welcoming location. The coaches are very encouraging and personable and they make the workouts fun, even on the tough days. It’s a fantastic value for what you get but you need to put the work in. I’d also say that no matter your fitness level you should not be intimidated, this is a great place to start if that’s the situation you are in. The owners are also super friendly.
Only wish there were later class times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I have been going here for a little while and although I like the quick workout, this location leaves much to be desired compared to others.
Pros:
- Quick workout
- Clean
- Other members are very friendly
- Structure each day based on a part of the body
- Stacy and Emily are clearly passionate about their jobs
Cons:
- They recommend that you go heavy, but they never correct form (the coaches have told multiple of us that the format doesn't allow them the time to spot check) leading to a few people I know getting hurt.
- The lighting can make it difficult for you to see the if you are hitting the marks that the coaches tell you to push towards while on the bike
- Bikes are starting to show wear and tear
- No warm up
- Waitlist for classes doesn't seem to clear until 10pm, so you either have to stay up or wake up early to see if you made the class
- No warning system for missing classes
- Classes fill up quickly
- The coaches go to other similar type fitness gyms which makes me think that I picked an inferior formatted gym.

I started coming to Basecamp Woodbury about a month ago after my gym for the last 6 years closed. I was nervous to step into something new, but everyone has been so welcoming! Basecamp Woodbury is a must try. And if your anything like me you'll be addicted after your first class. The owners, coaches and members are all awesome, welcoming and give you all the good vibes and energy. The 35-45 minute workout (depending if you stay for the abs and stretching) is a perfect fast and fun workout to get you in and out and back to your day---but if you want a little more than a 45 minute workout consider doubling up once and awhile that can be fun too!

This is the best fitness center I have ever belonged to. There is such a welcoming atmosphere and you really get to know the owners and the members personally. It’s a fun, quick workout that gets you in and out in 35 mins. I burn anywhere from 300-500 calories per class. Highly recommend!

I agreed to a three month membership at 50% off. I’d get daily texts about class, etc during that three month period. I got sick at the end and when I received a text that asked if I was coming back, I said I was sure I’d be there at some point. I never agreed to a membership and I NEVER heard from anyone again. They charged me on a credit card I was paying off (and had an automatic payment being sent each month) for seven months when I never went there once at that time. Communication stopped but the charges didn’t. You can’t tell me that they didn’t know they were charging me while I was never there. I was in a car accident and cannot work out and was given a credit for three months. One month had not been paid by me and two were. Thanks for the credit of $300 when you owed me over $1000. Your offer to use the credit doesn’t help me since I am unable to work out due to my accident. Would not recommend - customer service is sub par. If I could give -5 ⭐️ I would.

I've been attending Basecamp Fitness for few days now, and I can confidently say it's a fantastic place to work out. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from day one. The coaches are top-notch, providing excellent guidance and motivation during the classes.
I've already taken six classes, and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey here. The sense of community at Basecamp is something special. Basecamp Woodbury has been more than just a gym. They as a team are very motivating and personal. You get greeted by name and enthusiasm everytime, from the very first session I loved it! It’s 45 minutes of cardio and strength training, with core and stretching to end the session. The trainers are all awesome! Highly recommend! Started here in April when they first opened with a goal to move my body more intentionally one time a week (with a 40+ hour a week desk job, 2 kids, a husband, and on the board of 2 non-profits... it’s what seemed reasonable)
Now I’ve gained confidence in weights, my speed has increased from 16mph to 18-22mph, my muscle mass has increased... all wonderful things.

I have never felt so welcomed by a gym before. I was so nervous to try a new class because I will be honest.. I do not work out and am self conscious! The most important thing they said to me was, "you are not alone!" I was greeted by the gym owners AND front desk employee when I walked in to get set up. They walked me through the process, gave me a little tour and made sure that the equipment (bike was at the height I needed it to be). I have met the gym coaches but have only taken a class by Mitch! He helped me modify exercises to my comfort level. I will most definitely be telling people about Basecamp!!
