I’ve never had a personal trainer before, but Christian was able to help ease me through it! Christian is a great trainer, and very informational. I originally went into training to learn more about the gym, help with my lower back pain, gain muscle and breathing while running. Christian was able to inform me about how to improve my running, different stretches to do before my work out to help with my back pain and how to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I feel like Christian would be a great trainer to go to learn how to build a great foundation for your active lifestyle! Also very funny, you won’t go through a session without laughing! He has been able to make my transition into the gym more comfortable. Christian has great training programs that he takes time out of his day to make it unique to you!

I'm a 54y.o. male. I signed on with Christian in order to get my health back on track after several years of neglect followed up by an injury (broken ankle). My weight had creeped up and my mobility / general daily discomfort and stiffness was out of alignment with my mental picture of how I thought I should look and feel.

I asked Christian to work with me on a program that would train me on modern exercise science, nutrition, and mobility/ agility improvement. I also wanted to begin running again - something I loved and had stopped doing 7 or 8 years ago.

He and I have been working together for 3 months roughly 3x/week. He monitors my nutrition, designs workouts that fit my goals, and enthusiastically makes adjustments to my routines as necessary to accommodate comfort and maximum results.

Since starting with Christian I have lost over 30lbs (224 to 190), gained 2-3 lbs of muscle mass, am running again, and most importantly I feel confident in my self image. Several people have commented on the impressive dramatic change, not just regarding my weight loss, but also in the way I carry myself now vs. before.

I can't recommend Christian enough. He's met and exceeded all of my expectations and set me up for ongoing success.

In the past 3 months I had the pleasure of working Christian Online. Despite the virtual setting, he managed to keep me motivated and excited for my workouts. One of the key aspects that stood out was the app called “Everfit”, he utilized for our sessions. The app is user-friendly, interactive, and offered a wide range of features that enhanced my training experience.
While training with Christian, I was able to achieve a major change in my physique, dropping body fat while putting on muscle and even getting stronger in my main lifts.
Efficient movements, and strategic workout planning, I was able to maximize my performance by doing less, but quality!

I started working with Christian in person about 2 years ago. I entered the fitness realm with almost no experience, especially when it came to lifting. Christian met me where I was at, teaching me everything I'd ever need to know in the gym, from the ground up. He even helped me rehabilitate after I broke my ankle. I credit his expertise for allowing me to come back stronger than ever after that pretty catastrophic injury. When Christian moved away from my hometown, I decided to keep working with him remotely, as he'd already taught me enough that I felt confident in a gym by myself. Remote coaching was a big change for both of us, but we adapted quickly and it has allowed me to reach my goals in a quicker and more affordable way. I've really enjoyed working with Christian over the last two years and I can't thank him enough for all the time and effort he has put toward creating programs that work for me. Training with Christian has been a great experience. I was impressed with his approach/plan of attack, it wasn’t a cookie cutter “this works for most people, so you should do it too” approach. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants as an athlete, look into my mobility issues and strengths, and evaluate/make a plan based off of many factors. He also spent a lot of time making sure I was doing my exercises correctly and safely. Form is important and he wants to create healthy workouts that both work and keep us coming back for more. As an ice climber, my body movement is very different vs many traditional sports and I loved that he was able to dissect the movement and come up with a plan to make me a stronger climber. I highly recommend Christian to anyone who is looking to start their physical fitness journey or take their physical training to the next level.
