This is one of the cooler concepts for group fitness that Ive seen. They track progress, which most group fitness studios do not do.
It’s a great blend of resistance training and cardio, which is the best way to stay balanced, build lean muscle, lose fat, increase bone density and so on.
The nice thing is it’s the best of both worlds. If you’re looking for progressive overload with trackable progress, you can. Or if you’re just looking for great workouts and not too concerned with numbers, you can do that too!
It’s suitable and scalable for all fitness levels. So don’t worry if you haven’t hit the gym in a while. The coaches are there to help with tips and form corrections.
My last class was a cardio focus with coach Emily. She’s terrific and gave me the push I needed.
Overall, this studio has the right amount of variety and consistency without ever feeling repetitive. The members are welcoming also.

Such an amazing gym experience! The classes are never boring with a mixture of cardio strength. The coaches are so motivational and really care about your health journey and your goals. Coach Tim is definitely one of my favorite trainers!

This is THE BEST workout class in town. I am their founding members and I have never been healthier in my life! They pushed you to the right amount and always encourage you to do your best. The members are the best part and they really do make you feel like fam ❤️

A safe, fun gym community that will push you to exceed your goals and challenge you to set new ones. Coaches are knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely care about helping you become the best version of yourself. Classes are fun yet challenging and there is something new every week for all fitness levels. Members are welcoming and the support is off the charts. Very grateful to have found this gym family.

Highly recommend BFT to anyone looking for a group fitness setting with a highly experienced team who care about your health and fitness goals. Each workout is unique and I love the energy here. I feel stronger and more confident in my fitness journey because of their trainers. They also have an app that lets me schedule classes and it keeps me accountable. Trainers Sami and Anika go above and beyond and I have not met a more energetic team. I have trained with Matt and Tim as well and they are great. The owners train with you too, so it is really cool to see them in the gym too and it is clear that they really care about each and every member's fitness journey. I would recommend BFT to anyone, no matter your fitness level, who wants to be motivated to work hard and get stronger. 10/10 stars!

My BFT experience has been nothing short of amazing. I like the fact that the classes are not the same every day and they change every 10 weeks.
The coaches are always positive and encouraging, making the classes enjoyable. If you are not good at an exercise, maybe have muscle or strength limitations, they come up with alternative options for you.

When you sign up, they don’t tell you it’s a lifetime commitment! Once they get the vibe you are no longer interested, they start acting like ex-girlfriends

I love this gym and the community! The workouts are always changing, which keeps me from getting bored. The trainers show genuine care for each member, and having two trainers at every workout is beneficial for getting help with form or staying motivated. The community is wonderful, with everyone supporting each other. I'm so glad I found BFT!

Recently cancelled my membership and haven’t gone for a whole month to get charged again. I was told when I first signed up that there were no cancellation fees. But that was yet another lie. Also didn’t see their cancellation policy or terms and conditions on their website. I guess think twice before signing up.

I’m so glad I found BFT! I look forward to going to class each time I go. Each week is a good variation of strength and cardio, making it very easy to come day after day! Class times vary from early morning to after work making it convenient to attend. It’s group fitness but feels like personal training because of the 1:1 coaching. The coaches are very inclusive, personable and help give you the extra push you need. 10/10 recommend taking advantage of the first free class!
