BK offers nutrition coaching, personal training, and 1:1 pilates coaching and is also a CrossFit certified coach and Olympic lifting coach.

I've been training with BK for nearly a year, and she's fantastic. I was intimidated by the weight rooms at gyms, so I never tried, but with BK, I feel comfortable and stronger than ever. She's patient and supportive AND pushes you. I highly recommend her as a trainer.

BK is AWESOME! I have been working with BK for about a year now and am glad I found BK. I have gained strength, lost fat, and noticed a change in body composition. She is very knowledgeable about the body and what muscles are worked with each movement. There isn't a question I've asked that hasn't been answered on the spot. She really cares about her clients goals and wellbeing!

Nutrition wise I have only been working with her for 5 or so months, but have definitely noticed a difference in how I feel and look. My advice is trust the process, and be consistant and changes to your body composition will come and fat will come off!

If you have the opportunity to work with BK…make like Nike and JUST DO IT!!

I have loved working with BK over the years. I originally met her through crossfit and our relationship has built up from there. After dealing with some injuries, I wasn’t able to do CrossFit anymore so I started working with BK and it has been a great experience. She understands what my body is able to do and I always get a great workout. She has been so helpful with my nutrition as well. She has always been a text away and I can’t say how much that is appreciated especially when switching up eating habits. I highly recommend working with BK. She is amazing and will literally be your biggest cheerleader!!!

I started working with BK last fall after I had struggled to maintain a healthy balance in nutrition. I was working 12 hour shifts as a nurse, working out at a high intensity, and constantly moving my body but was feeling low energy and seeing no results. I was afraid to eat more food but knew I needed to fuel my body. BK taught me how to do so by slowing increasing food intake. I needed to take baby steps throughout the process and BK was by my side every step of the way. She helped me alter my outlook on the importance of eating more food as our culture often tells us to eat less in order to see desired results. Bk was absolutely phenomenal in creating a plan custom to my lifestyle. I am so grateful to have her as a nutritionist and friend! Highly recommend!!

I have been working with Brittney for over five years. We first started working together when she was guiding the nutritional aspect of my fitness journey. We would meet bi-weekly and review macros and then plan the next two weeks accordingly. However, Covid hit, and then we shifted into a more online approach where she both nutritionally and physically guides me. She has been instrumental in my recovery from two knee replacements, and we are now meeting every two weeks via a phone call. She reviews, plans, and creates my workouts; monitors and adjusts my nutrition; and periodically talks me off a ledge if I've been disappointed with my performance and progress. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I’ve had several personal trainers, and BK is one of the best. I’ve done in person at my house, in person at her house, and FaceTime. I currently live in Georgia, so don’t let any travel issues stop you from reaching out to BK. I really appreciate that she asks for feedback. Are you sore somewhere? Did you injure yourself? Are you having a stressful day? Do we need to scale back on something or change the plan? What are your goals? What should we work on? I really appreciate that. BK definitely deserves your consideration if you are looking for a personal trainer.
