I have been working with Cory for a little bit over a month now - and I can already tell the significant difference in my muscle tonality. The first thing about Cory and his business that I admired, was his website. It is clear, concise, and has a lot of great examples of real clients with real results. Secondly, his timeliness to responding is on point, for example after the first time I emailed him - he responded within a couple hours, and we had set up our first meet for the very next day. Which was very helpful for me - because once I am committed to something, I need momentum. During our workouts - he is 100% committed to me, my form, and pushing me to get those extra sets in. His knowledge on each person's abilities - how much weight, how many reps, etc - is top quality trainer material, he has never made me feel out of my element during my workout - which is critical for a person's psychological commitment to giving 100% and more. Overall, he is a great person and a phenomenal trainer. I would recommend any person to him. Any person who is committed to doing to the work, who is looking for someone to hold themselves accountable and also have an accountable trainer, who is seriously looking to change the structure of their body - Body by Cory is your guy!

I saw Cory 3 times a week for 2 months before my wedding because I needed someone to kick me into high gear for my pictures and feeling good in my dress. He was knowledgeable and thorough, as my first meet with him we did an assessment/measurements and figured out what my goals were. He tracked my progress every time I came in and helped me set up a meal plan. I had never done strength training before and it was actually fun and felt great and made me enjoy working out. Let’s face it, if you need someone to hold you accountable and push you through the hard times-Cory is the one to do it. Before coming to Cory, I tried searching online for fitness help and even hired a virtual coach: both were worthless. I wasn't able to articulate what my personal needs were before Cory helped me define them and showed me my own physical condition.

Working with Cory, I've learned a lot about what a good personal trainer truly is. When I first met Cory I was very scrawny/untoned and very unhappy with how I felt and looked. He sat me down and designed a very personal and effective training plan to help me achieve what I believe to be the best shape I have ever been in a very short amount of time without harm to my body. He carries a lot of wisdom and knowledge of the science behind physical health, with his several certifications and training experience (20+ years) making him fit to target any possible goal you can present him with.

Besides being a very professional/scientific personal trainer, he's also a very humble, caring person who carries himself with an attitude that truly displays the passion for helping his clients on and off the clock. Everyday I come in and am greeted with a big friendly smile, he makes workouts more than just losing weight/building muscle/toning/training, he makes it a place to feel comfortable and just hangout for an hour while leaving feeling accomplished every time.

I would highly recommend Cory. As he is, educated, caring, proactive, passionate, energetic and supportive. Also in addition to being a great trainer, he's highly affordable! When you train with him, all of the costs go to the use of a personal gym, nutrition coaching and personal training for very low rates. His availability is very flexible and after spending a lot of time looking into personal training plans I've never found such an affordable way to get in shape and have access to a gym with tons of privacy.

In 3 months Ive gone from 14% body fat to about 8% and replaced all of that fat loss with lean muscle mass. I'm currently in the best shape of my life and look great!

After several years of yoyo dieting and watching the typical over-50-female belly fat grow, nothing seemed to work. Cory’s a really cool guy. Look what he did with me over the summer while I was home from college. I lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle in 2 months! I went to see Cory twice a week at about 60 lbs overweight. Cory did the initial assessment and showed me a chart of where I was at currently and where I would be every month in the future until I hit my goal. It was nice to see my goals on paper and it helped to motivate me to get there. I have tried everything, Weight watchers, Atkins, starving, Other personal trainers... but having Cory is the only thing that has worked and produced such amazing results. I started training with Cory more than 12 years ago when I knew nothing about lifting and needed help. Can't believe how much I've learned and how much better I feel. I have osteoporosis and strength training is the key to protecting my bones. During this time with Cory, I have had broken bones in both my foot and collar bone and Cory worked with me so that I didn't just stop my entire workout. I started playing sports in 8th grade, I wasn't very big, pretty skinny actually.....my parents thought a trainer might help me get stronger and help me compete within my peer group. We hired Cory and he put me to work! I began putting on muscle and body weight. It was pretty cool to watch my body change over the years and it gave me a lot of confidence. I have gained over 30lbs of muscle in the last 4 years working with Cory. I am now bench pressing 250lbs and feel so much more confident about myself. Cory is AMAZING!! As a trainer, he truly cares about your goals and pushes you to give your all. I'd always leave my sessions feeling so incredible! It quickly developed into a love-hate relationship!
