Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Everything about this gym is amazing. The workouts are challenging but can be tailored to how you feel that day, and both the staff and trainers are some of the best people I’ve ever met. Everyone encourages one another and I’ve never felt more at home than I do at Burn. A bonus- the progress I’ve seen in my body both physically and mentally is unmatched. I love our community ❤️

I absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and genuine care from every trainer. The classes are so well put together, and it’s clear that each trainer truly cares about helping me make progress. Even in a 5 AM class with 30 people, I still feel like I’m getting personal, one-on-one attention. Their knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and recovery is outstanding, and they’re always willing to share tips and guidance. This place has completely changed the way I look at fitness—hands down my favorite gym!

There’s just something amazing about this community! I’ve never stayed consistent with any type of gym/exercise/diet plan…that is until Burn!
Usually around month 3 or 4, I start showing up less and less, finding excuses like I’m too busy or something else ‘more important’ comes up. It’s been incredibly different here. We’re pushing past month 6 and can’t wait to see where I’ll be at month 12 💪🏼🏋🏼♀️
All of the trainers and staff and absolutely fantastic and I know I’ll never leave Camp feeling mad I showed up, only mad if I don’t show up!

I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp and absolutely love it! Love Burn Bootcamp! The trainers are the best! They’re energetic, say the right things at the right time to keep you going, and they’re supportive of the WHOLE journey- inside and out of camps! As a parent, one of the biggest barriers to working out has always been childcare. The childwatch service here is a complete lifesaver. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and my kids actually look forward to going. Knowing they’re safe and happy gives me the peace of mind to truly focus on my workout.

I have never been much of a “gym person” until being introduced to burn… the workouts are challenging, engaging and filled with incredible supportive community and the best trainers! I get incredible 1 on 1 guidance from the trainers and constant high fives between reps from the other people at camp! Nothing makes you feel better and so empowered! Where do I start to describe burn boot camp at Albertville? Honestly it’s not an ordinary gym more like a club where everyone comes together and motivate each order to push through our workouts from the moment you enter the building all smiles, high fives to very supportive trainers. Trainers who are genuinely making sure you are showing up for you and are ready to help you every step of the way. It’s my second home if only for 45 minutes a day and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Burn STMA has the best community, atmosphere, and trainers! I love showing up to see the same smiling people every day and the workouts are super challenging, but fun and rewarding at the same time. If you’re looking for a gym where you are continually encouraged to bring whatever your 100% is that day this is the gym! Not once have I felt not good enough, compared to anyone or disregarded. The trainers meet you where you’re at and create an atmosphere where we all encourage each other and it makes you want to work your hardest. If I could leave 10 stars I would. If you’ve made it this far to looking into Burn you’ve got to just walk in and experience it. It’s truly hard to put into words how truly special and different this place is. Whatever you are looking for in a gym Burn will check all your boxes and so many more. You’ll walk in and instantly feel like you belong. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, proud and driven. Wherever you are in your fitness journey you’ll get a high five, a warm smile and encouragement to move forward in your own journey. Never in a million years did I think I would find a gym that I love as much as I love Burn! As someone who has always struggled with consistency in the gym or doing at home workouts, this has been absolutely incredible for me. It is not an exaggeration to say that joining Burn Boot Camp Albertville has changed my life. I have started and stopped so many different gyms and workout routines over the years, but literally after my first camp here… I was hooked! This place changed my life — from the amazing personal Trainer, Allie, Meg and Becky, to the supportive community and the intense workout, it was all worth it. I literally ran my first 5K after going to 50+ camps and was super impressed at how I was able to complete the run without stopping. All thanks to the conditioning and prep talks during boot camp. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined Burn.
To anyone who is afraid to start, I highly encourage you to do it because this place is life changing and you’ll be surprised at what you have accomplished after each camp.

It took me some time to find the right words to describe this place, but I can’t recommend burn boot camp Albertville enough! The trainers are exceptional—extremely professional and genuinely committed to helping you grow. Every visit feels more like being part of a community than just another gym session. Even on my toughest days, when the weights feel heavy and I’m not exactly wearing my fav cute outfit, the trainers and community are there to build me up and keep me motivated. As an athlete, I’m constantly positively challenged, corrected, and empowered to improve. This gym has made a real, positive impact on my life, and I leave each camp feeling stronger and more inspired. It’s also been amazing to see my sister, who’s experiencing her first job and gym membership here, thrive in such an incredible community. I have never been interested in joining a gym, but I went to a camp with a friend for a free trial to get a workout in and after the first camp I soon realized I needed to come back for another! Burn Bootcamp was just what I needed as my consistency with home workouts over the years was fading and I didn't push myself like I used to. I love the variety, the functionality of each workout, and that the trainers give me the push I need in the most encouraging way. I appreciate that I can workout at the level I am now, but also see the ways I can progress over time (Heavier weights, higher box jumps, no bands for pull ups!) I also brought my reluctant 16 yr old with me after I'd been going for a while and now she has a membership too:) I especially love that she can get a solid complete workout with trainers she admires, correcting form and encouraging her with a great mindset. We love it here:)
