Burn Boot Camp has been a game-changer for me! I started my journey before the holidays, determined to get back in shape—not just for my physical health, but for my mental well-being. I wanted something that would push me out of my comfort zone, and I found that at Burn. But like many, I fell off after the New Year and made every excuse not to go. Thankfully, the incredible community and the accountability from the trainers pulled me back in. I started going for the atmosphere and now I'm in the best shape of my life! Burn Boot Camp is a positive and energetic environment where you are greeted by name and with a high five every class! The child watch was a huge draw for me. I feel comfortable having my kids there. I love seeing the owner and some of the trainers dropping their kids off too while they workout. You can feel the difference here compared to other gyms. They really work to foster a sense of community! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have been attending this gym for just over a year now.

I absolutely love being a part of Burn Boot Camp! The sense of community here is unmatched—everyone is so welcoming and supportive, making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated every time I walk in. I especially appreciate how Burn Boot Camp caters to families; my daughter adores the child watch area, and it's such a relief knowing she's having fun and being well taken care of while I work out. It’s amazing being able to see her through the glass and know she's safe and happy while I focus on my fitness. This gym truly goes above and beyond, and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else!

I have been going to gyms for many many years and have never found a gym like Burn Bootcamp . I'm stronger and in better shape than I've ever been in my life and that's after I fully ruptured my Achilles. I also have two kids who are members and they love it just as much ! I can't imagine my life without Burn Bootcamp . The trainers and people are all the best ! What are you waiting for go take a camp ! I promise you won't regret it !

I have been going now for just over a month and half, I started when my friend got me involved and said she had the best time. It's become part of my everyday routine and yes I mean EVERYDAY (well except Sunday's). The community is AMAZING and the Trainers are beyond great and push me when I don't believe in myself. I have a toddler and she has become such a fan of going everyday with me too, she loves the other kids and the kids room workers. I cannot recommend this place enough I talk about it so much that people probably think I'm obsessed!! :) Each workout is so different that it makes going each time a new experience. All I can say is try one time and get that 1% better for you and try not to get hooked. Good luck!!!! Ha

I recently joined Burn Boot Camp, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a very energetic and supportive community. What really sets Burn Boot Camp apart is this sense of camaraderie; it feels great to be part of a group where everyone is working towards their fitness goals together.
The workouts are incredible! I love how effective they are while still being doable and easy to follow. The trainers and the entire team put so much effort into making us feel comfortable and guiding us through each session. Plus, they organize fun activities that really bring everyone together.
Another fantastic feature is the childcare option. The kids’ camp allows you to bring your children to have fun with other kids while you focus on your fitness.

Burn boot camp apple valley is the best gym community I have ever been apart of!
I began my journey at Burn in January 2024, feeling quite sluggish and insecure about my body two years after giving birth. Joining a gym had always been daunting for me due to a fear of judgment. However, my experience at Burn has been transformative. I went from working out MAYBE one day a week, to working out 3-5 days a week. It has significantly helped me address my insecurities and has provided the guidance I needed to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
The support from the team is outstanding, and I appreciate the one-on-one meetings they offer to discuss any concerns or challenges I may have. The staff truly wants the best for all their members, and are there to support in all areas, as well as challenge you to do your best and do things you didn’t think you could!
All workouts come with modifications to accommodate injuries or limitations, and participants are encouraged to work at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
All the members are so encouraging and kind as well which makes it feel like one big family to be apart of.
They also offer a monthly “kids camp” that allows children to come and do a fun workout class, while learning the importance of being healthy and active! My kids have loved it and ask to go back all the time.
Highly recommend Joining burn! It is well worth the money.

Love Burn Boot Camp!! All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, the community is great, and of course, the workouts are challenging. I love the variety of equipment and exercises. Their floating floor is much more gentle on joints for impact exercises which is a huge benefit. Burn focuses so much on becoming stronger physically and mentally. You can also schedule 1:1 focus meetings with a trainer to talk about goals, form tips, etc. I've been a member at other group fitness gyms, and I always felt like you were nickel-and-dimed. The value you get out of Burn membership is 100x better. Worth every penny!

For the last couple of years, I’ve wanted to get back to working out in a gym, but with 2 young kids, it hasn’t felt attainable with everything else going on in our daily lives. I came across an ad for Burn on Facebook and when I saw that child care was free - I felt like I didn’t have an excuse NOT to go. I’ve been going for 1.5 months and I absolutely love it! The trainers are motivating, positive, and they’re truly rooting for your success. I’d recommend this place to everyone :)

Burn boot camp has truly changed my life. Burn is what gets me going for my whole day. The environment and the workouts are truly the best.
I am a busy college student and work 2 jobs, and there are still classes that I am able to go to. The trainers at burn treat you like family, and they genuinely want the best for you.
I used to go to Xperience fitness, but I was finding it hard to be motivated there, and spent more than half the time questioning which exercises to do that day.
Burn allows you to feel comfortable and confident when you are working out, and they are the best place to be, they even offer focus meetings if you need extra guidance in your training/diet.
If you are thinking to sign up, you should!

To say I love this place is an understatement. I had not worked out consistently in (many) years, but since the moment I joined Burn, I was hooked. The days I’m unable to I actually miss it! It’s such a positive, encouraging and FUN atmosphere. I’m healthier, happier and a lot stronger because of Burn. The trainers are the absolute BEST - they’re incredibly invested in every member and help tailor the workouts to each individual person to meet you wherever you’re at in your health and fitness journey. After taking my first free trial class, I called Orange Theory to cancel my membership- I was sold. The workouts here are challenging and oh so fun! There are so many things I love about this place that I haven’t found anywhere else. I love that I’m greeted with a smile, high-five, and that they know my (everyone’s) name. All of the staff and trainers make you feel like a person, not just a number. I love this place so much that I get FOMO when I miss a day 🤪.

Burn Apple Valley should be 10 stars at least! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to member success and safety. Always smiling!! Workouts are adjusted for fitness level, injury, and that extra push, if needed. Trainers get to know you by name, and they "see" you at every camp. The owner of this gym is by FAR, the hardest working, committed fitness and business professional I have met. This isn't a big massive gym where no one cares. So you cannot even compare the two. It is a community that empowers you where you're at, and keeps you accountable to your own, personal goals. Friends(and muscles) are made! Successes are celebrated. You may be sore, but you wont regret showing up everyday!

Burn has been the best decision i’ve made in my life. this is truly my second family. the community is amazing. the trainers are so supportive and welcoming along with the BA’s. being in the group setting while also having the trainer come over and push me through reps or correct my form to keep me safe from injuries is amazing. the high fives make me feel so included and make me feel like i’m never alone in this journey. the BA always greets me when i come in and is always so kind. I personally don’t have any kids, but anytime i’m working out and i catch a glimpse of the childwatch they all are having a blast. the person who is in there is always engaged with the kids and making sure all are having a good time. the community and staff are always there to keep me accountable and push me through the hard days. if you’ve been thinking about joining, take this as a sign, come join me!!!

The 1 class that they offer per day (few times to choose from)is a good high intensity 45 minute workout. I have a medical reason as to why I wanted to quit and I was told it would be $350 to quit, I was paying $175 per month, which is equivalent to lifetime fitness prices. The only difference is that lifetime and any other gym you get a full gym equipment,classes, a gym, a pool, child care, and more. So after I was told that it was going to be $350 to quit I decided to just keep going and was trying my very best. I showed up everyday gave it my all, when they wanted help cleaning up the gym floor and putting stuff away I always stayed and help do that, but then I was told that I didn't meet their "personality quota" so then they did allow me to quit without paying my $350. So I would just be very cautious of signing up because once you sign up you cannot get out without paying a lot of money. Or you may be judged on your personality / attitude. Which I think is a huge negativity when most people are going to the gym to feel better about themselves.

I’ve been moderately athletic most of my life so I’m no stranger to a fitness regimen. I’ve done it all: weight training, mom groups running, yoga, Pilates, personal trainers, kickboxing, pound fitness, hip hop dance fitness. etc. Then Covid and moving across the country happened and I had to rebuild my whole fitness life. Plus being a busy working 40 something mom made everything that much harder. I tried this and I tried that and nothing stuck. Nothing inspired me to keep going even when it’s a day you don’t want to. Then I came across Burn Boot Camp. Strength training with cardio. Group fitness class that feels like personal training. Free childcare. Awesome music. Floating floor that makes it easier on the joints. New protocol every week to keep you motivated & challenged. Community. Women empowerment. Trainers that get to know YOU and celebrate your goals & successes. It’s a less intimidating CrossFit. The sunshine version of OrangeTheory. Can you tell I’m hopelessly addicted?? 😆 20 lbs and several inches gone and I’m never looking back. 💪🏻 I’m missing today because I’m a little under the weather and it’s throwing my whole week off. I never imagined I'd become a 'gym person.' For years, I stuck to home workouts until I joined my sister for a class on a whim four months ago. Since then, I've been hooked to the point where missing a class throws off my entire day. My endurance and strength have improved tremendously. The coaches are fantastic - they're fun and push you beyond your limits. I appreciate the variety of classes and the flexibility in scheduling. The childwatch is an amazing bonus. McKenna and her team have fostered an incredible community here. I have to say, what an experience it has been! From the work outs, to the amazing trainers! I have been a scared person when it comes to working out or even trying something that puts pressure on my knees due to the knee surgery which I had twice 15 years back. I was never able to overcome that fear till now. One day I thought I should try this camp and walked into their door and WOW such a family vibe as soon as you walk in.They are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I just completed 8 camps and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and most importantly I started doing things which I never dared to try and I'm anxiously awaiting the unveiling of time.The community they have built at this place is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

As a busy mom of three juggling a full-time job and shuttling kids to sports, Burn Bootcamp has been incredibly supportive in my journey for a healthier lifestyle. I'm so happy I found my Burn Family! I have been doing group training for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have never had a coach put a heavier weight in front of me, never have I had a coach by my side during an exercise cheering for me and pushing me to the next level. I currently have a Rotator Cuff injury most likely from lifting a weight un properly from my previous place. The Coaches at Burn have helped me modify my exercise routines, so I don't put strain on my shoulder. Burn, has helped me to do exercise correctly! They have pushed me when I want to give up. "KORINA DON'T THINK ABOUT IT", ......I'm often told. No matter what your ability is male or female Burn is the place to feel confident, excepted!! They have FREE classes to try! Free Day care!
