Burn Boot Camp is a game-changer!
The knowledgable and passionate staff offer personalized guidance, which is like having a personal trainer, but because you're also part of a group, every workout feels more like a team mission. No mirrors, just camaraderie and progress.
They have weekday camps from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM as well as Saturday options, so it fits any schedule. I love coming here, and that's saying a lot because I've never been a gym person and have always preferred working out at home instead.
Each session is improving my overall physical health, and I'm embracing the adventure toward my fitness goals. Joining was my best decision yet!

I cannot recommend Burn enough! The trainers are so awesome. They know how to push you further than you think you can go, and are so encouraging. The sense of community is amazing, something I didn’t know I needed, and now can’t imagine being without. If you’re questioning trying it, DO IT!! You won’t regret it!

If you're reading these reviews because you're considering giving BBC a try, do it! I signed up for a one week trial 5 months ago, and after the first camp, I was hooked. Five months in and I still look forward to going to camp every time I can. The community is so supportive and welcoming. And they work hard. I truly feel so inspired and encouraged by working out around them. Plus the workouts are varied and the trainers are great. They also give you plenty of ways to modify an exercise down and up so that you're pushing yourself but can do so safely.

This place has become the support I didn’t know I truly needed. The trainers and the staff are there for you every step of the way. Being at a new gym can be really really SCARY, but after the first 10 minutes here I knew this place would be a home. This community makes this gym, yes people can come in and lift weights and do hard things BUT to have people along side you pushing hard and giving it them all and still encouraging everyone, now that is POWER AND STRENGTH. This place has truly help me gain the confidence to just simply be me again, so thank you BURN!

Burn Bootcamp 🔥 has been amazing! Im motivated and excited to go everyday knowing that the protocol changes and pushes me for 45 mins to be a better version of me. I love the trainers and its a fun atmosphere. I now have gotten many friends to join and we keep each other accountable which it even better. I also find all the available class times to be awesome to make my workout work with whatever i have going on in my day. Come join us you won't regret it! :)

I LOVE this gym. It is so much more than a gym. It’s an empowering community! Everyone is so nice and inspiring no matter where they are in their healthy journey. You get personal training in a group setting, you are known by name when you walk in the door. The energy is infectious! The complementary childcare is awesome too! My kiddo loves the playroom! Things for all ages. There is a giant window so they can watch us killing it out on the floating floor!
The trainers meet everyone at THEIR level! They empower everyone to do more and help everyone reach their goals! They celebrate all the victories both big and small! This place has 100% changed my life and the lives of my family. I am so grateful for this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Burn! I joined at the end of August 2023 as I was making changes in my lifestyle and needed a gym that was strong in community and worked with my teaching schedule.
Gyms aren’t my thing, but honestly it’s more than a gym, the community is amazing! The trainers are there to cheer you on, give you some encouragement when you need it and to help make sure you are correct on your form and not injuring yourself. They meet you at wherever you are at, modifying moves to what you need the most.
The community is strong, bringing energy and encouragement to everyone!! You will get a ton of high-five’s!! We are always having fun! Random signing and dancing between exercises are my fav!
Last the workouts, there is something new each day!! I don’t need to think about what I should do when and why, I show up and crush the workout!!!
I leave you with this, if you are thinking about trying it out, one question…. What do you have to loose? (I would say you will be gaining a lot of amazing things!)

Have been a member for about 2 months now and I am loving the classes, the community, and environment. Everyone is so welcoming, positive and helpful. I joined to get in shape and lose some weight, but I am loving the amazing members and positive energy the classes and coaches bring. Each coach brings a different energy and expertise, which is a huge positive for me. I love versatility . Every class is different, and I leave feeling more confident and stronger each class. I never get board of the work outs. The music/playlist choices always pump me up too! Highly recommend joining to hit your health and fitness goals!

I started here and had not been exercising much before I began. I found it to be supportive group exercise! Each workout is different (strength or cardio, etc) which keeps things interesting. Focus meetings with trainers help isolate things to work on and encourage me in my goals. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been before. I'm so glad I joined!!

Group fitness classes that are fun AND challenging. The trainers all have their own type of energy which I LOVE and are not shy to push you. Everyone that goes there is so kind and hard working. I moved to the area a few months back and was looking for a new gym to join. I was sad leaving my old gym and worried I wouldn't find somewhere comparable - but Burn Boot Camp has exceeded my expectations!
I was looking for a place that had a flexible schedule, had a great sense of community, killer workouts with great music, and awesome trainers and was worried I was looking for a unicorn. Burn Boot Camp delivers ALL of that PLUS as a mom I've loved being able to take my daughter with to camps (she loves coming with and asks about it all the time).
Since joining, I've brought my resting heart rate back down to the level it was at when I was a college athlete, I've been sleeping better, have more confidence, and I'm starting to get arm muscles for the first time in forever :)
I love the fact that the workout is always different, and we have the option to do both cardio and strength training without having to choose one or the other. Simply put, I love everything about Burn and am so glad I found it! If you are on the fence about joining, just DO IT. I promise you will not regret it!

This gym has been the best thing in my life since joining! After my prior gym closed during the pandemic, I was heartbroken and wasn’t sure how I was going to start over and find somewhere new that had similar attributes. Enter Burn Boot Camp. Not only was it close to my house but the times really worked with my work schedule and the free child watch is a huge bonus. Even on days I don’t feel like working out, the community at Burn makes it easy to jump in and get going. So much encouragement and high fives are endless! Highly recommend if you’re new to working out or a seasoned pro!

I can’t express how great of an atmosphere this is to workout in. Amanda and team are incredibly fun and supportive and will meet you with a smile and high five everyday. If you are like me and have trouble pushing yourself at home or are in the typical routine that isn’t making a difference, I strongly suggest joining this gym, you won’t regret it. I found Burn Boot Camp after buying a home in the area and am so glad I took the leap to join as a member this year! I did a trial week before the holidays, committed to a 4 week deal in January 2023, and joined "officially" in February.
What initially drew me to Burn was the support for mothers with young children by providing Childwatch during your workouts. As a working parent with a young child, I really thought I wasn't going to be able to fit workouts into our routine, but knew I needed to work out and move my body for my physical and mental wellbeing. Luckily for me, there are a variety of pre and post-work class times I can fit into my schedule and bring my child to if need be!
While being parent-friendly was very important to me, I'm so happy to see such a variety of people and fitness levels in the gym. There truly is a place for everyone here. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to meet you where you're at. I love that I don't have to plan my workouts or figure out what to do anymore. I know every time I walk into camp, I'm going to be challenged and get a great workout.
The ability to do focus meetings with the trainers really helps them to understand you and what you may need from your workouts. It also helps you to clarify your goals. Having this built in accountability is such a game changer! I am so happy I can make goals around my overall health, not just lifting heavier or moving faster.
The environment and community are incredibly positive and genuine. You will always see a friendly face when you come in. I always look forward to coming in and can honestly say, I haven't enjoyed any other gym more! If you're considering Burn, I highly recommend coming in for a trial or one of their promotional deals. You will not be disappointed!

A year ago I didn’t ever see myself being active. Over the last 5 months I’ve been extremely active by joining one of the best gyms I’ve ever stepped into! Everyday I looked forward to an amazing workout at Burn Boot Camp! I am never disappointed. There is wonderful concise instruction given and one on one attention at every camp. Amanda the owner and trainer is fantastic! You can tell that she cares about people. Each employee I have interacted with has been so friendly and helpful. I had heard of burn from many friends but for two years had always been able to find a valid excuse why I could NOT give it a try. When Amanda told us she was opening her own business I knew it was time to stop making excuses and at least try. Amanda and my husband flooded my phone with texts one night, all about coming in and giving it a try. Reluctantly and full of fear, I did just that. Going in the first time really is the hardest step. Within one week I was willing to sign up for four, within one week of my trial month I committed for a full contract.
The staff, trainers and fellow camp mates make this the BEST experience and opportunity I have taken for me. Amanda and Lana (the trainers) cheer you on, coach you, guide you, push you and support you EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Whether you’re a regular or a first timer you are guaranteed to be greeted with a welcome smile. And by the end of each camp you feel proud, energized, and excited for the next day. Every camp ends with smiles, continued encouragement, and of course, two claps on two. 💙👏🏻👏🏻💙 Come give it a try. Make 45min for YOU. I was a little tentative to join Burn, as I wasn’t sure how the classes would fit into my schedule. I was also a little worried about over-training with so many intense workouts. BUT, since joining in early March, I’ve been to 5-6 camps per week. There are so many class time options, I am nearly always able to make something work. Also, the camps are so finely crafted that they mix up the body parts being worked in such a way that it’s not overtaxing any one area. Amanda, the head trainer, is fantastic. She has a great blend of know-how, charisma, and motivation. The icing on the cake, though, is the welcoming community. Gone are the days of walking into a gym, averting your eyes from everyone, and leaving without speaking to anyone else. The staff and members make it a point to welcome new-comers, and incorporate camaraderie within the workouts. My days don’t feel complete unless I’ve been to a camp!

Such an awesome, unique gym that affirms and lifts up women and mothers! My son waves to me while I’m working out, and I can see that he’s doing fine through the window. I’m pregnant and the trainers manage to give me individualized modifications. I receive all the benefits of individualized training, while in a low pressure, supportive group setting!

I absolutely LOVE Burnbootcamp CR. The workouts are challenging and different everyday. It doesnt matter what your fitness level is as there are plenty of modifications to every move. My knees are a bit janky so I modify when needed. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I have been working out for years and am learning that my form needs improvement which I have been working on. I had never heard of Burn before until a friend asked to do a free class together. After the first class I was hooked. Now 7 weeks in and I still wake up excited to workout. Each day is different exercises with a focused protocol (cardio, legs, arms, full body) with variations of sets and time. I never get bored and the time goes fast. Love the floating floor for ease on my joints and the modifications shown by the trainer when I need it. If I can do 45 minutes anyone can. The community of people are amazing as well. Come try it out!

I highly recommend literally any other burn boot camp, I was a founding member but got charged higher rates. My card information was stolen an multiple charges for gym equipment. If I could give a zero star I most definitely would. Do NOT give the owner or her mom your card information!!!
