Burn Boot Camp in Maple Grove, MN features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I was honestly nervous about getting back into working out after taking a three-year break, but joining Burn Bootcamp has been such a positive experience! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so welcomed and supported. It’s not easy to get started again, but their encouragement and genuine kindness have helped me feel comfortable bringing my whole self to every session.

What stands out most is the immediate sense of community I’ve felt here. Everyone—from the trainers to the other members—cheers each other on. It’s more than just a gym; it feels like a group of friends who want to see you succeed. If you’re worried about getting back into fitness or just looking for a supportive, motivating environment, I can’t recommend Burn Bootcamp enough!

Great variety of exercises on a daily basis. A good combo of strength and cardio. Some sessions are really busy but there are plenty of time options available. When you come in they say your name and smile. I’m terrible and I forget names. I’ll learn them though!

I started at Burn two years ago at the AV location, and after moving to Maple Grove, I was nervous about starting over. Fast forward 45 days, and I can confidently say the community here is just as amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the coaches are incredible — they meet you where you are and know exactly when to push you to be your best.

After years of being in the fitness industry, I was bored. I knew of BURN through a sweet friend & her personal success story there. I attended a trial first class and knew I was hooked! Just do it!!! If you are on the fence like I was, give it a try! I promise you will not be disappointed. I belong to a gym with my husband and yes, I would go, walk on the treadmill, lift some weights, do some stretches. I thought I was doing good. I inquired about strength training because I knew I really needed to step it up! They pretty much looked at me like I was crazy and signed me up for classes for 55 years old and up! I did one class and knew I needed more. I’m 57, in the throws of menopause but pretty active, I have 4 beautiful grand babies!
My daughter in law said she was going to try Burn Boot Camp in Maple Grove and said, come give it a try. I signed up for the 3 day free trial and joined after my second class!! This community is absolutely amazing! You are welcomed and encouraged every time you walk in the doors. The trainers are so supportive! They are team builders! And yes, us oldies may be slower and get a bit confused and lose our balance but let me tell you, never any judgement!!! They just remind you to breathe and cheer you on!! I look forward to my new community every morning! Yep, 7:30am Monday thru Friday is my time!!!

I cant believe this place existed,as soon as I started my body started to change,I take pictures everyday of my body to see the difference,I'm amazed,I also love how included they make you feel,the encouragement and the high-fives everyone gives each other, the workout is intense and needed to make the change you need and also to reach your goal.
The trainers are all amazing very well experienced welcoming and very helpful.

What can I say, very warm and welcoming environment at 515am when I walked in this morning for my first camp! If you want to be at a gym that is always doing different circuits and workouts, and have great group atmosphere, complete with encouragement of giving high fives to the person next to you as you work. I am writing this from my bed as I need to get good rest for my 2nd day tomorrow - I'm sore, but I am excited!

I joined Burn about a month ago as a total workout newbie. I was instantly impressed by the individual attention given and how so many people remembered my name. Since I don't have much exercise experience, they've done a great job helping me do things right and providing modifications when I can't quite keep up. It's still pretty challenging for me, but I'm motivated to keep showing up and try my best, knowing I'm welcome here (even though I usually feel like the weakest in the room!). The best news is that I can already feel and see some muscle differences that were definitely not there before! With the consistency will come the changes (mental + physical) that I'm working towards, and Burn will help me accomplish all of that. If you're a newbie like me and need to find a fun, positive group to hold you accountable, this is it :)

Burn Boot Camp is the group fitness heaven I have been looking for since leaving competitive sports. There is a huge variety of exercises and opportunities to challenge and push yourself. I am doing things again I never thought I would be able to. All of the trainers are amazing!!!!! And the community is extremely supportive! I have been at Burn for about 4 years now. I have never been at the same gym for that long. I usually get bored and move on. I can't envision leaving Burn!

I have never enjoyed working out and believe the last time I consistently worked out was on my high school dance team, over a decade ago…However, after trying Burn, I have fallen in love! I actually look forward to waking up an hour and a half earlier than normal to get a workout in, which would be absolutely shocking to hear if you knew me as I REALLY like sleep. But the community is amazing and the workouts are challenging yet fun. It is such a great combination and I am so glad I found Burn!

Burn Boot Camp was great prior to Nov 2020. It afforded that unique experiences with trainers that checked in on you and truly cared about your wellbeing. With the head trainer fired Burn Boot Camp just didn't provide that unique experience anymore. I didn't see the real difference between the big box gyms and the workouts became repetitive.
