bWell Fitness is the best! Betsy is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. She is understanding and always has your best interest in mind. Even with my limitations, she still kicks my booty! Her studio is clean and well equipped. I personally do the virtual fitness program from my home and it's just like she is here. I would recommend bWell to anyone!

bWell Fitness provides a holistic foundation to individual fitness and wellness. The principles of physical training, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles are incorporated in each of the sessions. This format really makes overall fitness an obtainable goal for people coming from any background of physical activity.
The staff are fun, professional and very engaging. I have benefited from my time training and have expanded to include my family as part of the bWell community.

Betsy has a very well equipped studio that is clean and welcoming. I have trained with Betsy for over 5 years and one of the many things I appreciate about her approach is that she is flexible and willing to “meet me when I am,” adjusting my workouts to best benefit my needs on any given day. When I’m traveling, we meet “virtually” and she provides the same dedication and attention to my strength workout as she does when I’m in studio.
