I've been doing Cake Body classes for a month now, and I'm already seeing great results and feeling much stronger! I'm so happy I found such a welcoming community to help me get back into fitness. The instructors are excellent at teaching proper form and adjusting exercises to match your strength level. I’d def recommend Cake Body to anyone who feels intimidated by the gym or is looking for a fun group to stay motivated and accountable! 🫶🍰

The class was fantastic, and challenging strength training workout! Even better was Dani and the community! As someone from out of town it was amazing to stop in and instantly feel part of a strong women's gym with a super fun side. The branding is so rad, the whole vibe is 11/10!!! Live it, and will be back again!

I went for an open pole session, and it was amazing! The owner was very welcoming and the booking system+app is super smooth.
The whole experience felt organic and sensual and just what I needed. I can’t wait to go back. Will be my new “home” spot!

I had so much fun at this gym! I was really nervous to go to a gym by myself, but Dani and everyone there made me feel very comfortable! It was really nice to have someone instruct me one on one for weight lifting! It made me feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

I went to my first class last week and would highly recommend Cake Body! Dani, and all of the women in the class were super welcoming and put me at ease, even though I’m definitely not skinny or fit! The class had lots of variety, to keep it interesting and a great workout. Dani gave lots of individual tips to make sure we had good form.

So far I've taken one small-group class and one personal training session, and I'm hooked. It's a very welcoming environment, there's no need to look a certain way to be here. I really appreciate how frequently my form is corrected because I don't want to do lifts incorrectly and potentially hurt myself or be less effective. I'm currently struggling with lower back pain, and Dani has been careful to make sure nothing aggravates my lower back, but is also helping strengthen my core muscles to hopefully alleviate that pain. I also love that there is such a huge parking lot, I can park right in front of the gym and not have to walk far in the cold.
I'll update my review at the end of my personal training package.

This place is absolutely amazing whether you are an avid gym goer or new to being physically active like I was, Dani the owner is so wonderful at making it a comforting space. I love attending booty before brunch Saturdays and buns and biceps Wednesday! It has given me so much empowerment and great friendships. A beautiful space that is well maintained with even better people and workouts inside.

Absolutely love this place for so many reasons! Dani, the owner makes working out fun and the atmosphere is super positive and geared towards women. Lots of small group classes, tons of fun offering and I love the motto healthy but you know it go ahead and have the cake too:) all the girls I’ve met at the gym have been fabulous and I look forward to my training sessions:)Get here and experience the fun for yourself… working out can be fun and not a chore!!!

The only trainer I’ve ever worked with and worked-out with (and there have been several from large national-like gyms), that 1000% cares for her clients, isn’t constantly upselling and only feels satisfaction when she sees that her client is doing well.
Her story is short of a miracle (ask her!), and her gym is a metaphor for her personality: celebrate life, get used to winning, if you’re losing do better, make goals not excuses, have fun, laugh, and learn how to have a healthy lifestyle (and eat cake too haha).

I had knee replacement surgery 3 years ago and I also have a very stiff body in general.
Having the personal training and coaching to use the equipment in the correct manner has prevented further injury to myself and has helped me immensely with mobility. I highly recommend Cake Body Club to develop a workout plan for you personally so you too can benefit with better health.

Had an amazing partner training with Dani. Not only did she adjust her schedule to ours, she also was so encouraging and great to work with. She corrected my form and provided one of the best workouts, as well as an amazing warm up. Plus, the gym aesthetic is amazing!
