About the Club

Change by Charity offers everything you are looking for in a gym! Individualized one-on-one Personal Training that is specific to YOUR needs, goals, and fitness skills. Each session is at least 30 minutes; BUT timeframes are completely up to YOU. An intro fitness assessment to start to get to know you, your vision and your journey. From there, we build workouts/routines for you based on your capabilities and your schedule for the best overall outcome! Small Group Training that is centralized around HIIT Bootcamps and Strength Training. These sessions are 45-60 mins where EVERY routine is different! We are engaged at all times to truly give each individual a personalized experience! From D-1 athletes to retirees; this is the place for you!

Change by Charity is a, top to bottom, a great gym. The equipment and spaces are well-maintained. Workouts are challenging, clearly explained and inventive. Charity works to understand her members' fitness/wellness goals and provides every resource to help them achieve.

She helped me transition back to the gym after a c-section, providing tailored workouts that helped me rebuild both muscle and confidence.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. Charity has built an ego-free, non-toxic community where all are welcome to join in rigorous -- but approachable -- workouts.

Change by Charity is truly an outstanding gym! Trainers Charity and Andy are top-notch — they pay close attention to proper form and give personalized guidance for every workout. No two workouts are the same, and each one is challenging, effective, and fun.

The gym is fully equipped with every piece of gear you could want, and the community here is incredible — members motivate each other and the camaraderie is unmatched. Charity keeps things exciting with monthly challenges that help you stay on track and push past your limits.

My experience at Change by Charity gym was great! The gym is super inclusive and inviting for all levels. The workouts are planned for each class so you know what to expect. You can workout at your own pace & they are 45 minutes long so it's not super grueling. I'd recommend checking it out!

Sometimes you wander across good people who do great things for your family; that’s the situation you just found yourself in. Do you want to change your life to be more fit? Charity does that at a high level. Do you have a child that wants to improve their performance in sports? Charity specializes in that (ask her ncaa division 1 athletes). Do want to go the gym that has awesome amenities and people? You guessed it, Charity does that too.

I am so glad I started coming to Charity’s gym! I had never done group HIIT or strength classes before. I just usually do my own thing at home so I was nervous to start but it was the best decision to try something new! Charity is a fantastic human being, and is a very encouraging and knowledgeable fitness professional. The workout routines provide a great variety and are very thoughtfully planned out and challenging without being intimidating. I really like the small group format and the personal attention. Since starting I feel stronger and like I am able to accomplish more, and continue to be motivated to come to the next session!

Training with Charity has been one of my best decisions! The workouts are well-planned, inventive and challenging. She explains the movement and muscle work in a way that really allows me to focus on correct form and development, and Charity continuously supports my improvement by encouraging me to lift heavier. I have found the most improvement in my physical and mental health by learning to lift heavier! The gym environment is welcoming, bright, supportive and personal- the class sizes are amazing for making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly, reducing the opportunity for injury. Can’t recommend Change by Charity enough.
