I have known Phil (Head trainer of Cliff Dynamic Fitness) for a few years but didn't start seriously training with him until May 2021. Phil knows his stuff when it comes to training (I mean he must, the man is ripped). But seriously, he has me the strongest I have ever been and I am seeing more and more weight go on the bar each session.
I started training with him to get stronger and see the definition in my muscles again (Covid really killed my gym motivation) and after working with him for almost a year now, I know that the results are endless. He answers any question I have about "why" I am doing something or "what" I should be doing for something else (he has me working to help get rid of my shin splints lately). He knows about basically anything if you ask, and if he doesn't he will find you an answer! Training, Nutrition, Supplements, seriously, if you are looking for a knowledgeable, fun, positive personal trainer (for 1-1 or group training) Cliff Dynamic Fitness is the place to go.
Everyone knows you have TONS of options out there for a gym now a days, but take it from someone who is seeing results, Cliff Dynamic Fitness is a great place to start, continue, or master your Phitness Journey.
I highly recommend reaching out to hear from Phil directly on how he can help you be a better version of yourself!!! Start Now!!!!!!

Phil is a fantastic trainer! I've been training with him since June of 2021 and I have noticed so many positive changes in that short amount of time. I am stronger than I have ever been and I have more energy to keep up with my two children. Phil genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals. In addition to developing programs and training sessions that work for you, he is very well versed in nutrition and can answer any question you may have about fitness, nutrition or anything really! If you're looking to become healthier, gain muscle and confidence and have fun while working out then give Phil a try, you'll be glad you did!

Phil is an awesome trainer! He offers a variety of workouts and switches it up so the sessions continue to remain interesting. He is also very accommodating to provide alternate movements when it doesn't work with my body/past injuries. Whether the focus is on heavy lifting or body weight I always feel challenged at the end. Since I started working out with Phil my day to day activities, such as playing with my son or going for a jog, are a lot easier. I simply feel stronger. He is highly recommended!

Phil has been a great personal trainer. In my time with him, he has increased my level of confidence with heavy lifts, worked on strengthening my weak spots, and gives great coaching for any injuries I may be dealing with from outside factors. I have been able to do more things than I thought was possible due to previous injuries.
Highly recommend!

I have been working with Phil one-on-one for 2 years. He has consistently helped me meet my functional fitness goals, has customized workouts to address a shoulder injury, and is an overall joy to spend time with.

Top notch, professional but down to earth. Phil at Phitness Nation has done the impossible and helped me go from fat and lazy (not kidding) to actually feeling good about my body again. Even more of a miracle is that he did it all without ever feeling intimidating. Slow and steady wins the race - with enough help that I've stuck to the program of continuous improvement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
