I’m going through the personal training for several sessions and it’s terrific , I need the one on one attention before going to a class. The personal trainer Shannon is very knowledgeable and understands the anatomy of your body and makes sure that your alignment is consistent throughout the training session so as not to injure yourself.

Eagan Club Pilates is known for its welcoming atmosphere and top-notch classes. The instructors—Darcy, Dana, and Misha—each bring their own unique style and energy. Darcy is fantastic at breaking down complex moves, making them accessible for beginners. Dana brings a lot of enthusiasm and a great eye for alignment, ensuring that everyone stays safe and gets the most out of each session. Misha is really motivating and keeps the classes dynamic, with a focus on both strength and flexibility.

Overall, the classes are well-structured, and the instructors are supportive and knowledgeable. It’s definitely a great spot for anyone looking to improve their Pilates practice!

Totally enjoy working out at Club Pilates Eagan.

The staff is great and the atmosphere is awesome to workout in.

My wife and I workout once a week as a date in a semi- private session with our trainer Shannon.

Shannon is very knowledgeable and a absolute doll to work with.

The place is very clean and easy to get to.

Parking is available and free.

The pricing is affordable especially when you buy packages.

Recommend if you been interested in staying limber and build core strength at any age or physical level, this is the best thing for you!

This was my first experience with Pilate reformer, and it was wonderful! I took the intro class at the Eagan location. The space was calming and the instructor, Misha, was awesome. Her cues were clear, timely, and easy to follow. I enjoyed this opportunity to workout at Club Pilate.

I generally don’t write reviews, but felt the need to in this case. I have hip dysplasia that was diagnosed when I was 19. I am currently nearly 50. I had two surgeries to try to save my hip, but it became fully arthritic regardless. I started taking classes at Club Pilates in 2023, which led me to question why my flexibility was still so limited. I sought physical therapy and discovered that my joint was in terrible shape and a hip replacement was my only option. I was terrified because with every surgery, I lost something. I did it anyway because I was told it would only get worse and I want to share what was possible because of Pilates. I got up the day of my surgery and went walking around the halls of the hospital with my walker. The day after, I left the hospital with only a cane. A week later, no cane. Less than two weeks later, I could drive. Two weeks and a few days later, I could return to Pilates classes. The people who helped me through this at Regions (what an incredible team) said that my recovery was going so quickly due to my core strength and flexibility. I got this from Club Pilates and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for helping me recover from my hip replacement - what I know was one of the best decisions of my life. Now I now what I was missing. ❤️

The classes are motivating and attentive. Each class offers a perfect mix of challenge and fun. I can already see and feel the difference in my strength, posture, and flexibility after 4 months. It has truly been one of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellness. I highly recommend to anyone to tone, de-stress and feel amazing!

I usually never leave negative reviews, but I’m very disappointed with my experience at Club Pilates Eagan. When I first signed up, the staff called me constantly to help me schedule classes — they were nice and persistent. However, after I moved to a different city and tried to cancel my membership, no one replied to my emails.

I even stopped by the studio on September 23rd and was told I would be charged one last time on October 1st, and then my membership would be canceled. Since then, I’ve been charged for two months without attending any classes, and I still haven’t received confirmation that my membership is canceled.

It’s been very frustrating and disappointing to have such poor communication when trying to cancel. I really hope management improves their customer service.

Club Pilates Eagan instructors are a knowledgeable, professional, kind, and varied group of people who have consistently shown they are welcoming to all ages, body sizes, and fitness levels. The range of class levels and the ability to adjust within the classes makes this work for so many people. The strength, awareness, and stamina you develop in practice you use in every day movement. I’ve been a member here since earlier this year, and I want to start by saying that this place has genuinely helped my mental health—it’s been a real anchor for me, and I’m grateful for that. When I first joined, I was able to attend classes nearly every day, sometimes even twice a day. It was fantastic!

Lately, though, it’s been harder to get into sessions, and I’m lucky to attend now a couple times a week. I’ve also noticed that some of the instructors don’t quite match my personal style or energy, which can make it tough to stay motivated. Physically, I haven’t seen the results I’d hoped for, even though I’ve stayed committed.

I’ve even considered taking the leap to become an instructor myself because I love the atmosphere so much—but the cost of the training program feels a bit out of reach.

For now, I’m committed to sticking with it through July 23. Hopefully, once fall rolls around, availability improves and I can reevaluate. I really don’t want to give up something that’s made such a difference in my life.

I really wanted to love this place, and in some ways, I do. The energy is great and the environment has potential. But lately, it’s been hard to justify the cost. Paying $200 a month for just four sessions doesn’t make a lot of sense, especially when consistency and access are key to seeing results. I wish there were more flexible options or a pricing structure that matched what members are actually able to use.

I joined a month ago with an unlimited membership. I have no prior Pilates experience. The front desk staff is friendly and the instructors are very patient with ensuring I have correct form. I attend 5-6 days a week and have lost 15 pounds and 1.5” around my waist. As someone who works from home, this far exceeds my expectations. I love the 68 degree environment and citrus-like smell of the studio. I work at my own pace and enjoy the challenges on the CP app. I’ve also had no issues getting into classes even when I sign up in waitlisted status.

July 2025 - CP is amazing. I’m nearing a year and lost 35 pounds. I attend 1.5 classes primarily in Eagan, but also Highland Park. The instructors are knowledgeable and I get a full-body workout, which is slightly different in each class. I attend 4 days/week and never have an issue reserving classes. I wish I’d started 10 years ago, but am glad I’m here now.

My experience with club pilates has been absolutely amazing! It is improving my quality of life more than all my attempts to do physical therapy. I used to experience back pain and pain in my hips. I took an intro class in March and was instantly hooked. I quickly moved up through the memberships to the unlimited classes membership. I’ve taken classes with every instructor and they have each been wonderful! No class is ever the same. Each participant is encouraged to do what is best for his/her body at that given moment. There is no pressure or shame if you need to modify a move. I feel physically stronger than I have in a long time and the positive effect on my mental health has been a gift. I wish I would have started at Club Pilates years ago!

I’ve been a member of Club Pilates since 2022. They offer a free “intro” class, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. They have a variety of classes as well as instructors, so you can really find what fits best for you. I like to go to their 1.0 and 1.5 “flow” classes and always get something out of it. I also appreciate how Club Pilates really strives to make pilates accessible for all bodies - with attentive and knowledgeable instructors that offer corrections, modifications, and extra challenges if needed. If you are thinking about it, give their intro class a try. If you hate it, you’ll only be out the cost of grippy socks (required in their studio), and about 40 minutes of your day!

I signed up for an intro class, because a coworker loves her local Club Pilates. I hurt so good after the intro class, so I decided to sign up for the 4 pack membership. I found myself wanting more, so I signed up for the 8 pack membership.

What I love:
1. the variety of instructors. I forced myself to try class with different instructors and have not been disappointed. Yes, I have my favorites and that changes week to week based on how I feel that week. Each instructor has a different style, and that keeps me from getting bored with the workout.

2. Ability to modify to my level that day. The instructors I have experience with are wonderful at explaining the different modifications and encourage you to do what you are capable of that day.

3. Even on the hardest days, I feel like the class went by fast.

4. The changes I am seeing in my body. My flexibility has improved. I am stronger. I can feel my muscles getting bigger.

5. The ability to sign up for and cancel classes on the app. It’s pretty user friendly.

What I don’t like:
1. With my package I can only sign up for one months worth of classes at a time on the day my billing cycle starts. So I stay up until midnight so I can pick out my classes.

Any Body can do Pilates. If you want a low impact workout that you don’t dread, reformer Pilates is it. Functional movement that can be modified for any ability or injury where you get a slow but significant build in strength and mobility. I love that it’s the kind of workout that stops a busy brain. You must fully focus on yourself and your body for 50min because one of the fabulous instructors is giving you cues and asking that you give your best efforts to the exercise and form. It took time and commitment but I have seen marked full body improvement in lean muscle - particularly core strength and glutes. I have been going here for years (250+ classes) and I’m hooked for life - I know it will keep me able bodied as I age. This is a slow burn workout and you will not be dripping in sweat when you leave. TRX (my favorite) and Cardio Sculpt (jumping) are the most challenging of the current offerings. Pilates is a great addition to a current workout regimen and also works well paired with a nutrition app for weight loss. All I can ask is for more classes to be offered! Would love a Friday after work. And…Shoutout to Shannon!

The Eagan Pilates club is a great asset. After dealing with sciatica issues, I was diagnosed with spinal issues. The classes strengthen core muscles which lessened the impact of my spinal issues. The smaller sized classes allow instructors to provide feedback on completing assignments the workouts correctly. The instructors are very friendly and supportive. I would recommend this venue!

They need more classes at more times. Especially on weekends. Otherwise I like it! Just wish there was a lot more than what they offer. Available classes also fluctuate based on instructor turnover. Perhaps pay them more so they stay longer! The membership price is 150-200 some dollars a month!

This club is clean, and friendly and the classes are great. I do think the membership concept and booking classes can be a struggle in the beginning and if you don't have unlimited membership it can be harder to get into classes, but, as everyone will say, the waitlist system works very well. If you can afford to go unlimited, I find I book out 15 classes ahead and I typically get what I want. I started CP as a physical therapy for my back and my plantar fasciitis and it has done WONDERS for me. The last 50 classes have healed my foot.

Source: Google

★ 5

This CP location has had some hiccups but I love the concept and the location. I started during Covid and that was frustrating. Like any other gym, instructors come and go. It took a few months for me to navigate how to schedule my two classes every month in advance, because of the wait-lists and changing of instructors, but all-in-all I’ve had a good experience. I’m in the best shape of my life because I’ve been committed to my membership.

Not great for me

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But in this situation I feel compelled to share my experience.

The classes:
I wanted to love Pilates. It was… okay. I probably could have overlooked the following issues if I loved it, but I didn’t. You might- to each their own. Many of the classes totally depended on the instructor. This summer three of their best instructors left. And there is one remaining that always left me feeling bad about myself and zapped of energy. Not what you want from an exercise class. Not great.

The system:
The system is based upon getting on a reservation list. Since I was in the lowest tier membership I was always like 8 on the wait list. If I did get in, which sometimes I didn’t, I’d be notified late in the night (sometimes midnight) the day before. Not great for planning. And if you didn’t show up or tried to cancel that morning- you had to pay for the class anyways. Not great.

The culture:
The manager was very unkind to me and I did not feel like my concerns were heard. I went as far as to try and google a contact for someone at corporate. When I finally got a call back (I had to pretend like I wanted to open a studio to get a call back!) they dismissed my concerns too. I really wanted to give them an opportunity to course correct. Not so much for customer service. Not great.

Now, you might love Pilates and respond well to this type instructors and have the high tier membership and get all the classes you want and have pleasant experiences with the management… so this is why I say not great FOR ME.

Sorry!

I would not recommend spending your money here. I recently quit due to lack of classes. They have no weekend classes, and some days only 3 classes a day. It's very hard to use up your credits within a month for this reason. Also you need to be enrolled for 6 months in order to go up to the next level and I found level 1 way too easy. If anyone reading this is thinking or joining CP Eagan I would not recommend!

If you like pilates you should check out the workout app "Obé".. the workouts are honestly harder than CP.

If you want an in-person workout, I would check out one of the numerous yoga studios in the area.

I've been taking classes at this location since they opened in the fall of 2019. I was looking for a style of exercise that would be gentle on my body, but help me to build strength and flexibility. I've done Pilates before as Physical therapy when recovering from a herniated disc and sciatica and I found it helpful. I was excited to see a location open close to my home and signed up for unlimited. I did pause my membership for a few months until I got my vaccine in 2021, but I am back to 4-5 classes each week. I've just passed over 300 classes! I love the instructors and I can tell that I am becoming stronger and more flexible. Most importantly, I am PAIN FREE!
