This is by far my favorite place to work out. The Plymouth and Maple Grove locations are absolutely incredible - it truly is a community of people who care about each other and love Pilates! The instructors are inclusive and provide challenging workouts. All in all 11/10!

I had a couple of health issues during the pandemic and was not able to make the classes but the owner kindly understood it and offered a reasonable solution for me. He has been amazing at communicating with me via many emails and resolved all the problems very promptly.

Great location, instructors and the management.

I had similar bad experience with franchise owner on their method of reminder and club charged. Part of it is my oversight of my credit card charged but when I expressed an intent to cancelled you got the response like Comcast that tried to keep you hanging and try to use “contractual language” to lawyer their way into keep charging you for the service you had not used for 6-7 months. If this help this whole thing happen during the COVId aug 2020 that the spread still high and government locked down and restriction of half capacity mask mandate etc) I would say that a good center would have check that a member had been missing when the membership was to used up 8 classes a month(twice a week for 7 months) had. It show up and they still charge $159 a month.

I would be open to discuss the option but the management seems to not want to talk about anything because they didn’t “care” enough hence the review rating.

Before all the drama, I would have want to go back because the teachers are good. I would consider other club pilate instead of this branch.

I had the best class this morning with Paige, she truly has the best energy out of any teacher I’ve had before at Club Pilates and it was a great workout. She knows how to work you out while also ensuring you have good alignment and form. I highly recommend her as a teacher!!

Very bad experience with the Franchise owner. Would not recommend this place. Charged us with membership fees in June 2020 despite COVID and us not using the club at all. Multiple requests to consider COVID risks ignored, at a difficult time when businesses are going extra length to take care of their customers. Arrogant and non-responsive. Cancelled membership.

I am amazed at owner's response below, very unethical to to tell lies. He did NOT offer refund and sent email we'll be charged $15/mth to freeze account. Below another email from him:

"I'm sorry, but there's nothing to discuss. You are under contract and were already charged for June. You had the opportunity to reach out when you were contacted that we were re-opening."

He said an email saying club will open, should be inferred as "you'll be charged".

Well, this was only $89, but these practices will get the owner one day. No replacement for honesty, ethics and customer service in business.

I am a senior citizen and LOVE this Club Pilates!! They are so innovative to include classes for teens as well as for "older folks". The staff is great, and ALL CLASSES are able to be modified to one's personal needs!!!
