Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.

I’ve been going to Club Pilates-Waite Park for exactly one year today, and I intentionally waited one full year before leaving this review.
The first month, I wanted to quit, because that’s what I’ve always done when I felt uncomfortable. This is the first exercise routine I’ve ever stuck with. I’m 52, I’m not athletic (never have been!), and Pilates has helped me build strength, balance and flexibility in ways I didn’t think were possible (no more charley horses or stiff neck!).
I adore the instructors so much. Each one brings something special to the table, and they all make me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. (Class motto: no judgment!) I also love that the class sizes are small, it makes a big difference.

Waite Park is not my home studio but I attend when visiting family… and it is because of Alison Broadley. She is an excellent instructor. She keeps the classes flowing, cues beautifully and explains the mind body connection in a way that helps you understand how little adjustments in an exercise suddenly “click”. Not all teachers understand how to communicate the intention behind each movement that is done, but she does. I have taken classes with other instructors there and they were ok. But she is special.

Club Pilates is amazing! I'd never done pilates before and have some injuries that can be limiting but all the instructors are incredible at making you feel motivated and completing the exercises safely through modifications if needed! I am not perfect but I have gotten so much stronger in my core and legs! Give them a try! You will fall in love ❤️

I particularly love the variety of the classes . Even if I take the same class it is different each time . Kim has such energy and passion for teaching. The studio is beautiful always clean. Welcoming staff !

Pilates is my favorite part of the day! I love the Pilates community at the studio and Alison is the BEST instructor! She really challenges the mind and body while holding strong to the core Pilates principles. 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking about starting their journey.

I've been attending Club Pilates Waite Park for over six months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The variety of staff is one of the standout features of this studio. Each instructor brings their own unique style and training, making every class a new and exciting challenge. The club also invites traveling trainers to fill in at varied times from Monday through Sunday, ensuring there's always something fresh and engaging.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, they have classes tailored to all levels. The studio is consistently clean, and the front staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. Their welcoming attitude makes every visit a pleasure.
I highly recommend this club to people of all ages who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility. I'm so happy to have found a Pilates community that encourages healthy and safe movements while having fun.

Love, Love, LOVE Club Pilates of Waite Park! The classes are energizing. The instructors are amazing. You're taught how to do all the exercises to prevent injuries & the exercises are always evolving which keeps me challenged and never bored. It never ceases to amaze me how fast an hour can fly by-I'm hooked!
