I have been a member with Club Pilates for 2 years now specifically at White Bear Lake. It was hard for me to find a workout class that I actually stick to but I have fallen in love with Pilates! I appreciate the unlimited package as it allows me to visit other studios and book in advance. I mainly take classes with Julie Mae at White Bear Lake and Arden Hills. Her attention to detail and knowledge always makes me feel confident in what we are doing. After 220 classes, I feel stronger and motivated!

Dropped in for an intro class. I was a complete stranger to Pilates, and didn't know what to expect - after 30 minutes, now I'm curious and debating joining - it was a different kind of workout, and I felt great afterwards! Club Pilates ((White Bear Lake facility) is very well equipped, spotless, and the instructors are all excellent. Well trained and friendly, and keep the class moving while discreetly helping those who are newer or need adaptations for specific conditions (bad knees/back/shoulder etc).

Club Pilates is great. The White Bear Lake location has instructors that are knowledgeable and will challenge you. I give 4 stars only because it’s hard to get into the classes and the times the classes are offered are not conducive to a weekly work schedule. Evening classes would benefit this site

I was very nervous to begin this journey, but my anxieties were quickly put to rest when I was greeted by a friendly, cheery receptionist. Every time I go in for a session I’m welcomed that way. The teachers, fellow class takers and reception are always positive and genuinely have an interest in you. I haven’t taken a class’s yet that has disappointed me. Cheryl has been amazing in helping me with my schedule, every question I’ve had, payment questions…She’s always friendly and professional.I love this studio, its something I didn’t know would have such a positive effect on me. After the class I always am so happy and grateful that I walked through that door.

I enjoyed my free 30 minute class, the equipment is clean and the staff is nice. I did end up signing up for the 4 classes a month package.
But the waitlist on every class (which I was warned about after I signed my contract) is a little problematic since I have three kids and have limited free time and not knowing for sure if I’ll be going to class is difficult.
Still excited to get going on my Pilates reformer journey though.

I have renew and cancel my membership twice actually enjoy the Pilates class, but they canceled classes way too frequently for my liking being the fact that I’m trying to be more active. The cancellation is really a problem and doesn’t accommodate us to make up for the cancellation. I work extra shifts so I can afford this membership because I enjoy Pilates so much honestly gonna look elsewhere for Pilates courses due to the schedule. weekends is where I have the most open availability and they close either one or 2 o’clock, which doesn’t make sense to me

I have been with White Bear Pilates for several years off and on. I keep coming back there cuz it makes my body feel so much better. When I started, my knees were so bad I could hardly go downstairs and now they don't hurt at all. The staff there is amazing and the classes are at many different levels. I do something new at each class. It's not the same old boring thing. Can't recommend this place enough. It's wonderful

Yes, it’s pricey but definitely worth it! Aside from the amazing workout and targeted strength training, the staff has been nothing but amazing! I had to cancel some classes last minute due to illness and they did not hesitate to reimburse my class credits back. The energy staff shows when I come to class serves as a pre work out! Only regret; wish I had signed up sooner!

I started Pilates about 2 months ago. Being a NUCCA doc, i know how important it is to have proper movement of the spine and Pilates provides that. The studio has great equipment and is clean. The front desk and general manager are fantastic. The instructions are knowledgeable! I recommend this studio to all my patients and you should definitely try them out!

I cannot say enough good things about this studio! Coach Jill is always there to get me in shape but her witty sense of humor keeps me there! Cheryl the manager is fun and always with a smile, ready to help in anyway. And the front desk coordinator Linda is the joy that I didn't know I was missing in my life. This place is great for fitness but even better than that they know how to staff and help with any fitness restrictions or adjustments!

I’ve been going to Club Pilates in White Bear Lake for over 5 years. The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes work with my schedule. I’ve gained so much strength and flexibility. The arthritis pain in my knees has gone away as I have strengthened my thigh muscles. I recently saw a photo of myself in a sleeveless dress and I had THOSE ARMS. Ok, I had the hangy down stuff too but I’ve toned the rest of my arms! I’ve lost about 50 pounds by eating less and gained more muscle tone with Pilates. This process has taken a few years but I’m improving and Club Pilates has been an important part of my journey. It’s physical therapy and mental therapy rolled into one.

I have been a member at WB Lake Pilates studio for almost two years. I added pilates as a daily routine and totally love it. I increased my flexibility, strengthened my core and balance. Pilates has been so perfect for me to improve my posture, balance, and knee pain and to prevent pain from neck & shoulder fatigue after sitting at the computer for a few hours. I wish everyone could take Pilates, it helps keep you well. At Club they do a great job of getting you started and patiently giving you direction to exercise and strengthen small muscles, even for me with my poor coordination and limited flexibility.

I have been going to WBL Club Pilates since April and have loved every minute of it. My favorite instructor is Alaina but everyone has been exceptional. I’m 66 yrs old with a history of falling resulting in broken bones. Since I started, my balance is better, I’ve lost weight, and I was told my bones are stronger. Not bad for an old lady. By the way, there are both men and women who are older than me doing Pilates.

I did a trial class yesterday 5/13/23 with Colleen, and she was wonderful! It ended up being a 1:1 session, which was great because I really learned a lot about Pilates. I think that it will be a great addition to my exercise regimen, once I finish grad school. I can see how Pilates can help with muscle imbalances and prevent injury in my other endeavors, such as lifting. I also loved the flexibility component. It was very relaxing.

If I could leave no stars I would. The general manager of this location does not care about customers and only cares about making money. This location has canceled classes and does not have enough instructors yet does nothing for the unlimited clients who complain but remind them that their contract is one sided and that they reserve the right to cancel classes at anytime. I enjoyed the classes when they had them but this club cancels too many classes and does not compensate their clients for it. Too much money to be told class is canceled and we offer nothing in return except a bill for services NOT rendered.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming here. I'm disabled but I can still exercise on the reformer machines and not hurt (in a bad way) afterward. The instructors lead the classes well with easy to follow directions but don't feel like you have to push yourself too hard; work within your means. I also really appreciate how affordable the classes are. I'm so glad I not only found Club Pilates but they offer a free intro class just to try it out. I highly suggest checking a Club Pilates location out.

A friend and I did the 30-min intro class and absolutely fell in love! The welcome crew or front desk was extremely friendly and excited that we were there! Both gave awesome advice and made sure we knew where our bags went, that we could borrow washed socks, pointed out the water, and just chatted about our fitness goals. The teacher made sure everyone was doing each move correctly as to really work the specific muscle and not hurt ourselves. While the front desk crew do cover pricing and membership at the end, I really appreciate the full breakdown. It shows that all staff are invested and want you to enjoy your time while at Club Pilates. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Great location in White Bear Lake with ample parking. Nice staff at the front desk and dedicated knowledgeable instructors who help you work out at your own pace. With 12 reformers you get attention as you learn and master each level. It's very clean, fun music and lots of sessions available to work in your schedule. The equipment is in great shape and there is a water cooler on site as well as a coffee maker. Both are free.
