Joining CP was the smartest thing I've done in a really long time. This 50+, 2X cancer survivor feels better than I have in years. And I owe it all to CP. I came to them in very poor physical shape. They worked with me at my pace in the areas I needed the most. My knees, hips and back don't hurt anymore and I have lots more energy.
I'm stronger than I thought was possible and am looking forward to more progress in my overall health journey. I never thought I'd say that about a gym. I'm so grateful I took that leap and joined.

I joined Complete Performance just over a year ago and I highly recommend it! I started with the group fitness classes and now I do a combo of semi private personal training and the classes. Jordan is so gifted as a coach both for strength and nutrition and I have learned so much from her. She is currently helping me get to my strength goal of being able to lift my wheelchair bound daughter and also helping me with exercises that will help me with my running form. It's a gym that feels like a family!

I’ve found what has been missing from my workout for the past 42 years: someone who cares and tells me how to do things right. Jordan uses a whole body approach to her programs and is therefore helping me correct years of using my back to compensate for things my muscles should be doing. I love it here! I started at Complete Performance about 2 years ago. At that time I could barely make it through a workout, encouraged by my coaches and fellow classmates I continued to show up. I am so proud to say that at 50 years old I am in the best shape of my life, not just losing weight but gaining so much strength. The nutrition coaching that comes along with the program only makes things better. Working with small actionable steps my eating has transformed, I still eat the things I like but notice a huge difference when I eat to meet my goals. I have been a client of CP now for nearly two years and can hardly believe it has been this long. I live in Roseville (17 min drive) and it’s worth the drive. Jordan took me in with a bulged disc in my back and coordinated directly with my PT to ensure I was receiving complimentary and coordinated therapy. She started me on nearly no weights to activate and train new muscles I wasn’t really using and now I’m stronger and more confident that I’m not going to hurt myself. Highly highly recommend - even if you can only make it twice a week.

I couldn't recommend CP and Brian enough! Our son had chronic knee pain while playing basketball, Brian figured out the areas he needed to build strength in to eliminate that pain and now we are at the start of his senior year and he is pain free and has increased his vertical jump as well. Our son LOVES going here. Definitely give them a try!

Strength and Sparkle at Complete Performance!
I joined CP to build a body that supports my work as a speaker and retreat facilitator, which is more physically demanding than it seems—especially as I aspire to take this work globally. Whether it’s by car, train, boat, or plane, I need strength and stamina to meet these challenges.
I chose semi-private coaching with Jordan because she simply gets me. She understands my goals and knows how to navigate the unique needs of a 50+ body carrying more weight than I'd like right now. With patience, humor, and empathy, she holds me accountable while giving me the space to make my own decisions.
Jordan has a talent for taking my big goals and breaking them into smaller, doable steps. She celebrates each win with me along the way. She also recognizes that mental challenges can be as tough as physical ones—sometimes my mind says no even when my body is ready to go. To push through, I’ve reframed my workouts as Sparkle Time with Jordan (where “sparkle” is my word for sweat). Thanks to this mindset shift and her guidance, I now show up consistently three times a week—even at 6:15 am!
The results so far? My international travel, speaking engagements, and facilitation have become easier. My once-problematic left knee no longer gives me trouble, and I’m starting to see improvements in my skin and overall tone. This is just the beginning!

My daughter is currently working with Brian on strength and conditioning as it relates to her sports. She specifically wanted to improve her speed and flexibility. It has been amazing watching her transformation over a few months' time. She was never a fast runner, but that has changed; she is now one of the fastest on her team.
