Would not recommend. My 11 year old wanted to go to an Open Gym session to see what the gym was after having gone to other ninja gym locations...the Eden Prairie location is small and cramped, a lot the mats and equipment looked old and tired out. The online open gym information said that it would be "instructor led" and when I asked was told that there would be an instructor there to help the kids use the different equipment, when we arrived there was a young teen there checking in the children and then that was it, he stood behind the counter on his phone the whole time, barely looking up. Many of the obstacles were not reachable because they hadn't set up the mats under any of them and so there was no way to reach some of them, and there was such a vast array of kids there, my son was easily the oldest one and many of the younger ones were screaming and shouting, and in such a small space it was overwhelming. We paid for an hour, but only stayed for 20 minutes before leaving.

Fantastic gym for all ages and skill levels. Coach Jonah is an incredible teacher and athlete. He is able to connect with the kids and teens, providing a great balance of fun and hard work for them to succeed. Definitely worth checking out!

My 9yo son attended a birthday party here and it was a hit! There were 2 helpful staff to assist the boys and they came up with a good obstacle course for them, as well as let them have free rein of the equipment! The kids were all smiles.

Hired for my son's birthday party. They started late because a class went long. They had one staff member. Did minimal work. Lacked attention. Had to get water from an outside fountain. The parents ended up serving the kids cake and soda. And clean up. Called to speak to a manager and was blown off. Will never recommend this place again.

My child went to a birthday party here. It was great! Lots of fun. The only thing is it's in such a way back, industrial building that has one entrance for multiple businesses. But, not a deal breaker with the fun my kid had.

Conquer Ninja Eden Prairie was the best place for our daughters 9th birthday party. None of the obstacles were too hard, but none were too easy either. Coach Quinn kept the enthusiasm up and the party having fun by playing fun games and challenges. Definitely having her party here again next year.

My six-year-old grandson held his birthday party at Conquer Ninja Warrior Gym in Eden Prairie last weekend. The party was a huge success in the eyes of the parents and kids who attended. The kids loved the party because they could be active and try out skills and fun equipment. The parents were happy because the staff member who was directing the activities, Quinn, put safety first and was at all times in control of the activities. He somehow had the knack of redirecting kids when they werenβt listening to instructions without making them feel bad. His skill set was that of a great coach who has firm control of the activities in a manner that is respectful of the kids.
I highly recommend this as a party venue that will appeal to kids who want a novel and fun place to celebrate and to parents who are safety conscious. Best complimentβon his way out, one partygoer said it was the best birthday part heβd ever been to!

Took three 12 year old boys here for open gym time. Not worth the money at all! Itβs very small. The instructors were not helpful. They barely showed them how to do anything. They were all bored after 30 minutes. I would not recommend this place or bring my kids back again.

We wonβt be coming back. Staff was cranky and unfriendly. My two kids were the only ones in the gym for 90% of the time and he was frankly more worried that my 6 year old had his mask over his nose than in helping the kids out. He was rude to my kids and unacceptably unprofessional. Find a difference place to go, with any luck this one should hopefully be out of business soon.

Guy working was not friendly at all. My 6 yo was extremely excited but when he asked a question about the obstacles he was told "let's wait with questions until I'm done talking" which I thought was very rude to a kid who was just pumped to be there. We were never asked if we had fun, if we would like to be members or come back. I will be trying a different gym next time.

*Update* Recently renovated! They taken lessons learned from all locations and updated the original to maximize space.
*Original Review* This isn't the best Conquer Ninja location, as it is their first and smallest gym, but it's the closest to us. And being a member here gives us access to all other Conquer Ninja locations when we have time to drive there. The staff is great with kids and they have food options in the same building. Cost and open gym hours seem to be the best of all the "ninja gyms" I know of.

The employees were NOT DOING THEIR JOBS! It's a small place and my son and friend were not asked to join in anything... actually they didn't pay any attention because they didn't get them excited about being there... my son spent most of his time there just trying to scare kids... there was no one actually doing their jobs!!

Fun place to get to play on equipment like that on American Ninja Warrior. The staff was friendly and helpful, and, while small, the gym had adequate equipment for everyone (both children and adults). Open gyms are available if you just want to come in for an hour to play around (and don't want to commit to a membership).

Just a meh. Small, dark, dingy and not a lot going on any time we've gone. Kid was super excited with the prospect of doing all the stuff she sees on the show. The excitement wore of quickly, to the point we had to fight hard to continuing going (even though I paid the exorbitant membership fees while being restricted to a few times a week). If it wasn't for a few friends going, we probably wouldn't have lasted much more than a month. It's been 4. The website sucks and the membership tier costs are not explained well. Then to make matters worse, they require you physically come into the place to cancel your membership. Seems like a crock as they are very willing to sign you up/take your money over the phone, but "unfortunately not" able to do the inverse over the phone. That's just a shady business practice. There is no logical reason to not allow cancellation over the phone. This place simply doesn't want to do it because they're relying on people to get busy and not make it in before the deadline and presto, you're charged yet another $75 for another month.

The place is much smaller than it looks online and only about half of it can be practically used by kids under 10. We were lucky that it wasn't busy and we were the only ones there, otherwise it would get crowded in a hurry. I also expected much more for the steep $20/hour price and think $12-15 would be a lot more reasonable for the size of it and the amount of things you could realistically do. Kudos to the young man who was working there and showed the kids some of the things they could do (and some of the things they definitely couldn't because they were too high/tall or required much more skill).

There trainers here are helpful and a positive energy for the kids during open gym time.
I think the space packs a lot of obstacles in a tight area, and it gets a bit crowded. Overall I think it's worth the trip.

It looks small when you first get inside, but there are tons of obstacles to challenge both kids and adults. My daughter and I had a blast at open gym and the price was reasonable for an hour of entertainment/exercise. My only complaint is that the employees don't offer any assistance during open gym. It would be great if they could offer some advice on technique when they see someone struggling with an obstacle. The employees mostly keep to themselves and ignore everyone there unless someone is obviously breaking the rules.

My little one loves to watch Ninja Warrior on TV. This place is very kid friendly and everything seems safe enough for them to run around. There are also some things that are fun for the adults. The price also seemed very fair, spending an hour doing some of the obstacles is more than enough to tire you out.
I would go back there again or have a birthday party there. Very glad I gave it a try. My only complaint is that the size of the place is a little small. It is still bit and full of obstacle courses but sometimes they feel a little crammed together.

The coaching is great and my very tall 11 year old daughter has finally found her sport. She loved gymnastics when she was younger and she enjoys the gymnastic type work along with the challenge of "conquering" moves she doubted she'd be able to do. Great for self esteem building! Would love to see more of the kids cheering each other on...especially encouraging boys to cheer on the girls and vice versa!

Beats anything you'll do at the gym! This was an amazing experience and the staff there were very patient and helpful. It may look easy on TV but holy cow this is a lot tougher than you think. There's a lot of different obstacles and activities that you can do depending on your physical ability and comfort level. I will be back for sure to conquer that wall again!

I have 2 boys ages 7 and 10. Both really into Ninja Warrior! Both boys were very disappointed in the size and the set up. They had fun but both didn't want to go back. As a parent there really wasn't much more than you can find at any free playground.
As far as the staff. Well they have room to improve. This was my 1st visit. I wasn't greeted by 2 staff who chose to play on the computer and the other stood in front of me. Once I finally engaged one of the staff and filled out the waiver I was told to wait outside. The "trainer" that was left to supervise my children wasn't very articulate. He struggled with going over the rules which I could barely understand.
With that said. I believe they can improve their customer service but until they get more kid friendly activities I wouldn't recommend wasting the money.
