Conquer Ninja Gyms are ninja warrior training and obstacle course facilities. Our gym is specifically designed for both kids (ages 5 and up) and adults. We have full size and smaller scale obstacles. Our trainers have diverse backgrounds in obstacle training and many have competed on the show, American Ninja Warrior! From Birthday Parties to Ninja warrior training, we have you covered!

If you want your kids confidence and health to improve, look no further! Conquer Ninja in Rosemount is absolutely fantastic and more than worth the money. The coaches are amazing with anyone who walks through the door, whether you have experience or zero athletic abilities. They are patient and push you to go beyond what you think is possible. I especially want to call out Coach Ian. He has a unique ability to work with the children. He has patience with them and is able to get through to them at the same time. Our son has grown not just in the gym but at home and in life. The other person I want to thank is Kimmy. She has also had an extremely positive influence and coaching with our son. Thanks for everything!!!

Showed up for open gym and they were closed it isn’t posted very well on their website but you must book online- no idea how far in advance but definitely not same day.

The gym as a whole is great!! Coach Ian is a great & patient coach, My son thinks he’s so awesome ! He challenges the kids to do their best and encourages them to keep trying their hardest. The gym is such a great environment with Coach Ian around! ☺️

My kids (11 and 7) started coming here for community ed classes, but had so much fun they begged to come back. The activities are just like what we saw on the "American Ninja Warrior" show, including 4 warped walls (8', 10', 13', and 16'). The staff do a good job of keeping an eye on the kids so they're safe, and giving advice on how to do things.
It's a very positive and supportive environment. My kids always have a ton of fun, and we signed up for a membership so we can have unlimited open gym times. A great way for them to burn off energy on off-school days, too!

We absolutely love this gym! We came to have fun 1 summer day and now both kids are signed up with memberships and beg to go every day. Kimi and the staff are so outstanding. She has even inspired my devoted volleyball-playing daughter to add Ninja as a cross training competitive experience. I can’t say enough about the people that work here and the environment they provide for individual development while fostering a team mindset as well.

We hosted our son’s 6th birthday party here. The group of 5 and 6 year old kids had a blast. My 10 year old had a lot of fun too. There is are so many things to do that kids of all athletic abilities were engaged and having fun. They had a good amount of open playtime and the coach led them through some games and challenges. I highly recommend Conquer Ninja Rosemount for a birthday party.

Cool place. Lots of fun obstacles for the kids. We did a 4 day ‘camp’ over spring break and our boys loved it. Great way to burn off some energy and get some good exercise. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall great experience.

This place is sweet! Brought the kids here and we all had a blast. Tons of space so not overcrowded like many other ninja gyms we have been to... very clean... and super friendly owners and staff. I live close to the Conquer Ninja in Woodbury but prefer this Rosemount location much better... Is worth the drive. We will definitely be back soon!
