Have been going here for the last seven months and is the best location overall that I’ve visited. Wanted to give a review to support the great job they’re doing at this location. Exceptionally well managed, friendly and supportive staff and clean facilities.

As a yoga newbie, the yoga bring-a-beginner session on Fridays with Starr was a nice experience. Dare I say, it *flowed* well for a clueless beginner

I have loved going to this studio and it has some of the best teachers. But beware of Victoria R. if your body expresses poses differently for whatever reason (shape, disability, etc) . She will call you out in front of the whole class and not respect that you know your own body. When I chose to leave mid class when I didn't feel comfortable she chased me into the hall aggressively asking for my name and blocking my path to the door. Luckily I managed to get out of there and when she returned to her class a wonderful teacher for the other class about to start welcomed me in and was great. Long post to say great studio just inconsistent experience with certain teachers.

I wanted to like it because everyone was very nice and there are a ton of class options, but I am not interested in hot yoga. You can’t rely on a class that is supposed to be unheated (per the class description) to actually be unheated (like, maybe upper 70’s at warmest). I went to a CP1 class last Friday and the room was 93 degrees (visible on the thermometer) with heat blowing out of the vents. I am glad I realized this during my free week. If you’re unsure whether this studio is a good fit for you do the free week and maybe start with class packs before committing.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly. The instructor told me what to expect from the class and what to do if it got to be too much. Locker rooms were super nice and clean, they have showers! The class itself was intense, but I loved it! I was able to stick with it through out the whole time! I will definitely be back and will finish out my free week and I will be getting a membership! So glad I tried this place!

Keara led a great yoga sculpt class that was both challenging and customizable using modifications that she offered throughout. She was very professional and approachable and created a great playlist for our class as well.

Apple Valley location is nice & clean with friendly staff. This location has a non-judgemental atmosphere in class with good communication regarding modification of poses for all abilities. Very pleased to see a nice diverse group of students! Happy with my first class in years.

Facility was clean and instructor was awesome. I haven't been back since COVID close downs and felt soo good to have a positive experience to get me coming back. Loved the space between each yogi.

Disappointing experience. I bought the groupon for 60 minute massage and 15 min hand and foot treatment. I was never given the 15 min. hand and foot treatment. The therapist did not listen to what I asked for. It was disappointing.

AVOID! Assistant Mgr and staff distorted the truth (gave some BS) about their services to get my money. When I discovered the discrepancies and confronted them, they in essence said "Not our problem." What? This is no way to treat a customer -- especially since they are NEW to Apple Valley. I strongly recommend going to a smaller, more personal company who truly values their customers!
