My sister took me as a buddy and now I'm HOOKED. I love the different variety of classes and have enjoyed every class I have taken so far. I took C1 tonight with Sonya and it was another amazing experience- she was great, especially loved her end of class wind down! The studio is always clean & everyone is always so kind to eachother.

Great studio with friendly, experienced instructors and a close knit community! I’ve been coming since it opened and seen it grow into a great practice with a dedicated following.

Sculpt classes are popular and fun, since everyone gets into it and sweats together!

Natalie deletes bad reviews. I had created a review a few days ago, and it has since entirely disappeared. This is what the manager just sent me. When I went to update the review to inform the community that they should be expecting black lines to be placed down to help with space, and to expect that in the near future, I realized that my review was removed. COREPOWER ROSEDALE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO SEE ANY BAD, HONEST REVIEWS.

I was here this past saturday, in a small room filled with 30 people, if not more. Each person had anywhere from 6 inches to 8 inches of space between our mats. Some people had as little as 4 inches.

Nowhere else I have ever gone has ever been this packed, no other studio, or yogic practice I have ever done in my life has ever been so inconsiderate on space. If you're paying over $150, go anywhere else.

If you don't get your black markers, even this email is a total lie.

I took my first class. I think the instructor was Nancy? She was awesome! She made the class less intimidating and gave multiple modifications for an easier class!

My first time visiting this location. Loved our instructor Elizabeth S. and the beautiful flow she taught, but throughout the ENTIRE class the young supervisor and another instructor were in the lobby outside the door being SO LOUD AND DISRUPTIVE. Talking as if they were the only two in the building. As we do in Yoga, initially I did my best to be present with the major disruption and just try to focus on my own breath. But it became impossible to tune them out. I couldn't even focus on our instructor or the music b/c they were THAT loud. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I've practiced at several studios throughout my life and it's basic common sense to ensure respect for the classes in session and keep outside noise to a minimum to create a more relaxing atmosphere for the practitioners, ESPECIALLY when you're paying $30 to drop in for a class. I fully intended on saying something but they both left right as the class was ending. Thanks for that, ladies. CorePower is clearly unaware of the maturity level of the people they're hiring.

CorePower Yoga has incredible yoga instructors. Becka, Amanda, Alec, Jen from Grand Ave, Highland and Roseville keep me coming back 25-30 days a month for excellent workouts and a superb yoga community. Thank you CPY!

I did a free trial of ClassPass at this place and did not like it very much. I love yoga and the exercise, but I didn’t vibe well with this class. The facility is very nice and neat, but the room started to stink so bad that I decided it would be better to leave. I do recommend this to anyone that likes yoga and does not mind a stinky room

Love this place so far! Started going as a yoga beginner and the instructors are super friendly and approachable. Sculpt is great! And the yoga classes are very relaxing.

The one downside is they have limited locker facilities. One shower and two bathroom stalls for women.

Nice location but the instructors are mediocre at best. They are over weight and don't know what they're talking about.

This is a great new Core Power facility! The instructors are amazing, the class sizes are small, and everything is clean and nice. You'll love it.
