Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Aquatics and Fitness Center – Golden Valley boasts a therapeutic warm-water pool (kept at 92 degrees) and a fully adaptive fitness center making this location a treasured gem of fitness for the community. We offer a wide range of services from one-on-one personal training, group classes, and time for individual therapeutic exercise. The programs are for people of all ages and abilities. The pool and fitness center are located on the main floor of the building with free parking available in lots beside the building.

It is very difficult to find gyms where a disabled person can workout safely, comfortably and have a staff that wants to help you succeed with your goals.
There are personal trainers available (although there is often a short wait-list) to help you create a plan and show you adaptive exercises you can do to achieve these goals.
When given a safe way that is accessible and supportive, you can meet your goals!
Plus, their staff is amazing. There is a pool and adaptive classes and a fantastic Physical Therapy department.
I cannot recommend Courage Kenny enough.

This clinic is great but they recently hired a new receptionist name maddie over at Dr warhol's office and she's refusing to schedule my appointment. She work so different compared to any of the rest of the receptionist I've work with in the past. She say she will tell management and hung up on me. It's the lady who's always sitting on the left side when you go in the office. I'm still waiting on a call from upper management. I try calling at a different time today 9-11-24. I was hoping to reach someone else but it turns out Maddie was the only one working and she continued to hang up on me over and over. She seriously need to get reported. I don't think I can work with someone who continued to make a client suffer on purpose. This is not acceptable and I don't know why management is not doing anything about this.

Excellent Rehab Facility. Everything you need to recover from a stroke, spinal injury etc is here. Physical and Occupational therapists are five star. I rolled into this place as a paraplegic in a wheelchair and walked out with a cane. I am so thankful for the excellent care that I received. They are truly caring people who want to help you with whatever situation you find yourself in. I can't thank everyone enough for the help they provided me and my family.

Organized place. Nice staff. The drop-off area is very big and covered for all the wheelchair patients. Parking lot markings are confusing. There are very few non-handicapped spots. I'm sure that's on purpose.
