Has been a wonderful experience where the coaches and other participants have been very helpful in teaching proper technique of the exercises and will help modify the exercise to fit your ability or specific health concerns. You can tell the coaches really care about the people.

Dallas was very friendly and welcoming. He broke down the plan for the day and came to follow up a few times with me on different movement, form, etc. He did it in a way that was informative and didn't make me feel dumb. He gave good tips and demonstrated movements to make sure I understood the assignment. Group classes give me mild anxiety and I overthink and compare myself to others. Crossfit also comes with an intimidating stigma for me and I didn't feel as out of place as I anticipated I would. I would absolutely attend another class coached by Dallas. The overall environment with those that attended the class was also positive and motivating.
Today was my first time at a Crossfit gym. I was convinced to give it a try for a free week they have going on and am glad I did!

I enjoy Chad's with and expert knowledge. Chad does a good job of sharing with athletes the finer mechanics of a movement. He is always coaching to help an athlete improve form and technique.

Dallas did a great job this evening. He helped me/ gave me some pointers on my squat cleans about some things to try to help with some heavier lifts. As well as some pointers on the kipping part of hand stand pushups.
