It's been awesome. Have a great program to get you up to speed and introduced to all the movements. I'm a few years in now and amazed at how much I have learned and progressed!

I dropped in with coach Emily. Great class and part of an extended training cycle (deload week). Love her playlist. It feels old school CrossFit, less digital and more analog. That’s a good thing. It’s just by the Greenway bike path and has excellent bike parking out front.

It could use a bit more external signage, the door just has a stylized “CK”. The photo shows where to enter.

Highly highly highly recommend!!! my husband, and I were visiting from out of town, and had the privilege of dropping into classes and doing some personal training at Kingfield…

Danny, the owner is a total pro, super experienced, collaborative, supportive, and all in all has built a really great community of people. The 4 coaches we worked with were all great — just a very competent, and collaborative vibe throughout the whole place.

When you’re looking for your new home gym, or for a great place to drop into when you’re in town, we highly recommend Kingfield!!! Thank you so much Danny and team!!!

I've been attending CrossFit Kingfield in Minneapolis for a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been a truly rewarding and life-changing experience. The gym's welcoming atmosphere and supportive community have played a significant role in my fitness journey, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made.

The coaches at CrossFit Kingfield are second to none. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they also genuinely care about each and every member. They pay close attention to everyone, regardless of skill level, and provide personalized guidance to help you reach your goals. As someone who started as a novice, I felt supported and motivated by the coaches from day one.

The gym-goers at CrossFit Kingfield are equally supportive and encouraging. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, and everyone is eager to celebrate each other's accomplishments, big or small. This supportive environment has made a tremendous difference in my confidence and has pushed me to consistently challenge myself.

CrossFit Kingfield has truly transformed my fitness journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their physical health, regardless of their experience level. The coaches and community will welcome you with open arms and inspire you to achieve your goals.

I was skeptical of going to a CrossFit, but took my Little Brother (via Big Brothers Big Sisters) there because a trainer, Jack, was offering services to the program. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism, respect of not pushing the program, respect of my Little's health, us having fun and getting a great workout. Thanks to Jack - he's the best. He volunteered his time to a great program, gave us a great workout. We'll be back!!!

I have been a barbell club member for a while. Super friendly coaches with a lot of knowledge on training. Head coach is also a great olympic lifter. Helped me extensivly with the technique in the snatch and C/J. Members are great and supportive too.

Running a gym is hard work and it takes a certain type of person to do it really well. One of the first things I told Danny was how impressed I was with his consistency. I have learned a lot from the coaches here. It's worth checking out.

CrossFit Kingfield is a fantastic gym. Two things set it apart for me. First, the coaching and community is incredibly welcoming and supporting. Unlike other CrossFit boxes, there's no competitive atmosphere of people trying to outlift or outperform each other—instead, everyone cheers each other on. Second, there's a much greater focus on strength and weightlifting here than at other boxes. The box is co-located with an Olympic Weightlifting practice facility, so lots of the CrossFit coaches are also Olympic lifting coaches. Given that the Olympic lifts (snatch, cleans, jerks) are the most technically demanding parts of CrossFit, it's great that they're being taught by specialists.

Kingfield is a top notch box.

I dropped in for a few days on business and Danny was super welcoming; as were all the coaches. They strike a good balance between sound technique in form and letting you grind the WOD out. The best of CrossFit is well represented by the Folks at Kingfield.

Don't forget to check out their cool swag

Crossfit Kingfield is an great CF gym. Exceptionally programmed and coached. The talent pool ranges from complete novices to regional athletes. The gym has grown membership every year due to it's quality and consistency, however class sizes are never too large and literally I know everyone by name with exception for the 5:15am class regulars because that is waaaay too early.
