I'm on a bicycle tour and was lucky enough to stop in St Charles and check out this gym. From all the gyms I've visited on this trip...from Milwaukee up to Northern MN and now here...this has been the best gym I've worked out in. Clean. Anything you need. Space. I wish this was my hometown gym.
I can't remember the last time I left a review.. But I know a good gym. And this one is legit! 💪🏾💪🏾

What an awesome gym! It’s always clean and has a lot of options. 3 separate squat/bench racks/platforms. Two sets of each dumbbell weight. And a separate room with half cardio and half machines. I’m a frequent 4:45 AM guy and I’m not alone, the other members that are crazy enough to be there that early with me are incredible. Helping spot you, pushing it, and keeping the grunting to an appropriate amount. 😂

Overall we HIGHLY recommend this gym, especially if weight training is a priority for you. Open 24/7 with guest passes to anyone from out of town.

I have really enjoyed having a nice locally owned gym to go to for the past 5 years?

This gym is probably the best one I’ve ever been to! Has alot of different workout options and equipment. It also is very clean and well maintained. The owner jarred is very nice guy!
