Discover Strength is an amazing place! The trainers, Tanner and Darby are the best so knowledgeable and welcoming! I am new to gym workouts and they do a great job meeting me where I am and pushing me just enough to get stronger and keep looking forward to the next workout. Highly recommend!

I tell everyone about DS! I rave about the trainers, the progress reports and the strength I'm gaining since I've gone consistently for over 18 months! With these workouts, I know I will live healthier, have a stronger body and have greater bone density as I age. One to two workouts a week and I'm in and out under an hour with free underground parking so weather is never a hindrance. Go try a session for free and tell them I sent you!

The Rochester Discover Strength is a fantastic place to work out. Tanner and Darby are both great to work with and embody the HIT training culture. I highly recommend them for anyone who is training for an event or if you simply want to stay healthy.

Want to get stronger? Do not want to spend a half day in the gym everyday? This is it! 30 minutes twice a week! I had bad accident and was refereed to Active PT. Very unimpressed! Discover Strength with one on one training was the answer! Going on one year, never been stronger! Thank you Tanner and Darby!

Most of my sessions are remote, I don’t live close to a gym so I have it via zoom. It’s incredible the workout I’m able to get with very little home equipment. I love it and works for any age, even us older ones. When I do visit the Rochester area it’s an added bonus to visit the gym. Highly suggest you give this a try. Both Tanner and Darby are great. You’re missing out if you don’t give it a try.

Tanner and the Discover Strength crew are the best! I was in Rochester recently because a fanily member was in the hospital. I usually work out at the Savage locstion in the cities but Tanner was able to get me in and give me a great workout while we were in Rochester for a few days. Thank you!

I was hesitant to start strength training as I have never done it before. Discover Strength is a great place to start for beginners like me. Darby has been encouraging and patient during my sessions. I started to feel physical better after my first few sessions. I would definitely recommend!!

This environment is very welcoming. Clean and a great environment. I am 62 years old and the few times I have been there I feel better and plus I had a shoulder pain and took Advil every day for it. I have not taken any Advil since I will continue this journey even though my schedule is not easy but they are for you.

I truly enjoyed this wonderful gym. Tanner was very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. If I lived in Rochester I would definitely think of joining prices are decent too. Easy to get to and get in now that I am familiar with the area. They wave your parking fee too.
